very good location
The location is very good and convenient, only 2 minutes walking to the subway. The price is good given the good location. The room is acceptable that depends on the room type, some are small and some are big. Generally speaking, the bath room is good and clean.
They also provide room in basement. To avoid to have a room in the basement, better to indicate clearly in your booking message.
