Pros (+) My Paddington train had been unexpectedly cancelled, so I was not in the best mood when I arrived -- but the woman behind the desk was so friendly & understanding, the room so clean and cozy [and larger than I had anticipated] -- and the proximity to Paddington for my journey the following morning left me really grateful this place was handy!
Cons (-) The shower never got above lukewarm... it certainly helped me wake up!
