Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location near Paddington Station, making it convenient for exploring London. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, and many guests found the hotel to be clean and well-maintained. However, a significant number of reviews mentioned that the rooms were very small and, in some cases, uncomfortable, with issues such as hard beds and lack of air conditioning. Despite these drawbacks, the value for the price and the overall positive atmosphere made it a good choice for many travelers.
