Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, convenient for public transport and city access. Many highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of rooms and common areas. Some guests also noted noise and minor maintenance issues, but overall, positive comments about location, service, and cleanliness stand out.
