Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, close to metro stations and local attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city. Many reviewers also mention the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests noting dirty rooms, infrequent towel changes, and unpleasant odors. Room size is another common issue, with many finding the rooms and bathrooms extremely small and cramped. While some guests found the beds comfortable, others reported issues with bed size and comfort. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and service, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and room size.AI-generated from customer reviews
