Loved it. Never felt so comfortable and so welcomed.
Amazing comfy bed , pillows
Room decor wasn’t very exciting
The location of the hotel is excellent - very close to Earl's Court Train Station which made traveling to other parts of London as well as the airport very easy. Also several very nice pubs in Earls Court so easy to call in for a drink and meal after getting off the train.
The room was small but we knew that before hand so were not disappointed as such.
Super small bedroom, the smallest I have ever experienced, so £ for £ it was expensive floor space, and the bed was the smallest double I've ever used, more a single than a double.
Staff were very pleasant and the hotel decor was lovely. The bed and bedding were wonderful. Nice toiletries and use of bathrobes.
Location is awful. 30 minute walk to Kensington High Street. There is lots of traffic noise as the room overlooked the main road. Cost us a fortune in cabs as it's too far to walk to anywhere nice! Room was very small. The worst thing was the 'terrace' - I booked this specifically and had visions of enjoying morning coffee outside. Not to be! One chair and tiny table, suitable perhaps for a small cat. Photography used a LOT of artistic angles. Very disappointed considering cost of room.
