Good for short stay
Location is excellent.
Toilet is so small.
Nice complimentary breakfast and friendly staff!
Bathroom a little small.
Location: walking distance of Russell Square, British Museum and other locations.
Breakfast options became dull quickly. The room was hot inside, no proper air conditioning.
To be honest not a lot! The hotel is in a convenient location for the tubes an getting around but so long as you can stand the noise from the main road outside the hotel. Lucky for me I faced the quieter street but still lot of traffic noise! Breakfast was ok
Traffic noise, shower did not work properly ended up flooding the bathroom, the dorr had a bit sawn of the bottom, no lock on the door, ripped sheets and the bed was not even made right by cleaners, even if they did not change the sheets.
The location is excellent. Room and bathroom clean, new towels every day. Full English breakfast.
Beds and room very small. Noisy outside during weekend.
Great location in sight of Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. Very clean, e.g. towels changed daily. Good breakfast, pleasant staff.
Certain amount of traffic noise inevitable due to location, no fault of hotel.
only spent 30 min, then packed and left. shit hole
dirty, noisy, old, and worst of all dangerous in terms of firesafety (exits, alarms etc)
location, breakfast, staff
Small room, dirty, very bad breakfast.
The included breakfast was great, you could have toast, cereal or an English breakfast, or all of the above if you wanted. The full English maybe a bit of an exaggeration though. (eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes and beans). The location was great, right over the road from Kings Cross meant that you could get to anywhere in London with ease. Nearly all the staff were very friendly and very welcoming.
I didn't like that the 'advert' says they have wi-fi yet they forget to mention this only works in the reception so you don't have wi-fi in your room. I had the misfortune of speaking to one less than helpful member of the hotel team on my second evening when I asked about wi-fi, however this guy was the exception as the rest were really nice. Several items of furniture were damaged and the shower spring (which holds the shower up) was broken oh and when I tried to have a shower in the evening I had to wait for nearly 30 minutes before the water heated up, however it was fine in the morning.
Friendly staff - especially the lady at the reception in the morning, very helpful and cordial
Very small toilet
that the hotel is in the city
too many things, that was broken
