Location is ideal for exploring London. Only 5 min walk from Kings Cross underground. Very clean facilities.
Breakfast could be improved on, not much of a selection. Also a little bit noisy in the mornings.
The location was perfect; especially when you travel by train - St. Pancras is just a very short walk away. The hotel is very well taken care of and updated throughout. There's a bar where you can get some refreshments 24/7 and a lovely patio where you can sit (so no need to go out on the street to have a smoke). I stayed in 12A; a tiny single person room located at the front. Tiny (as advertised) but everything you need is there: a bed, a place to sit; a place to store your luggage and a place to hang some clothes, a bathroom and a safe. The nook under the bed is perfect to store your luggage (the lighting is really cool). The bathroom was perfect as well, fresh and clean and nice water pressure in the shower. Fresh towels and bottled water every day. Also loved the extra closure for the window; when closed you hardly hear anything going on outside (but you still have the option of opening the window to let some fresh air in). There's heating in the room, as well as a fan. There's a hairdryer and coffee and tea facilities. Staff was really nice and accommodating as well. When finding out my EU to UK plug was malfunctioning I got one from the front desk and didnt have to return untill checkout. USB-fittings are also being installed and are already available in some rooms. At breakfast they had everything I need and they made sure there was enough for everyone at any time. Over all one of my best hotel experiences in a while. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to be back there myself soon!
Incredible value for money, spotlessly clean and great location..
I was satisfied with the service
Biscuits were a lovely touch and staff were very nice.
Towels in bathroom were very small and no hot water.
