Pros (+) It looked like a wonderful hotel on line, but since there are travel restrictions from the US to the UK, we wouldn't know for certain.
Cons (-) I'm sure the hotel is great, however, since we were unable to go due to travel restrictions, I feel like the contract between us and Kayak/get a room, should be considered Force Majeure. In good faith we entered into a contract, however Kayak/get a room continues to hold onto their no refund policy during a pandemic, and as such, refusing to refund our money.
