Pros: Lovely View, comfortable and clean , lovely breakfast . Lovely owner and staff . Great location.

Cons: There was no dislikes

Pros: The hotel was on the front directly overlooking the sea. Short walk to restaurants shops and Pier.

Cons: We were on the third floor, but were told about it and were happy for the exercise walking the stairs.

Pros: Extremely comfortable beds and the hotel was very homely. Staff were very welcoming and very polite!! Breakfast was great.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable food good and staff lovely

Cons: Our room description said mountain views. Very very distant roof tops and back of shops should have been the description

Pros: Hotel run by a lovely husband and wife, very friendly and homely. Great breakfast provided and hosts ensured we had everything we needed. Great box of ‘useful stuff’ provided in bedroom.

Pros: Excellent location. Restaurant staff really nice & friendly. Didn't get any names, but a young Oriental lady was exceptionally lovely and really looked after my friend and me.

Cons: We had 2 single rooms and they were very comfortable, quiet and clean but the view over the back streets and car park not too good. Next time we would pay extra and get a sea view if available.

Pros: The beds were great and the space overall excellent. Storage space in bedroom good.

Cons: I realise the bathroom is old style but there was very little usable space to put toiletries etc. A vanitory unit would be helpful.

Cons: The fact that our expensive room was sold as having a sea view, which it didn't. It was also very small and cramped in the attic of the building. For £180 (just B&B) I was expecting more.

Cons: The hotel had a wedding going on and it was extremely loud until 2 am and we could not sleep. on top of that, several guests had a stomach bug and were throwing up. We checked out one night early and the hotel refused to refund our second night.

Cons: nothing worked, door wouldn't open and our stuff was in the room, the shower didn't work, the the tv didn't work, lights looked dangerous and only half of them worked. the room was accessed by the back door of the hotel and by crossing the one car carpark, past the rubbish bins and mating cats,then up the narrow stairs. breakfast is a joke here, they glared at us thro ughout our meal, which was a terrible version of full English served on a tiny pocket sized plate. poorly cooked and almost thrown at you, the waiter couldn't get rid of us quick enough, the toast was mouldy and the tea terrible . we approached the surly looking management to complain but as my romanian is a little rusty we struggled. she seemed to not really care that.nothing worked.and the food was mouldy, blaming the previous guests for.breaking everything . AVOID THIS PLACE ! Without doubt, the worst run hotel i have ever stayed at. will never return here even if it was demolished

Pros: Breakfast is adequate I had full English. Orange juice. Toast jam, coffee. It was ok.

Cons: The matresses on the beds were sagging giving me back ache, the shower had a glass door that seemed it only opened over the bath meaning it was very difficult to get in and out the bath. Damp on the ceiling. The gutters need cleaning.

Pros: The location is excellent, on the Seafront,and we had a late room booking, so a very good value overnight stay.

Cons: the building is very tired and in need of updating. Plaster falling off the walls everywhere, Very old fashioned/ and looked dirty in the communal areas, Carpets filthy, The bathroom in our room had been updated to a good standard, and bedding ws clean. The staff at breakfast polite, but seemed inexperienced I had the Vegetarian Breakfast, which was okay, and my husband for the first time i can remember , Didnt enjoy his though, We both struggled because of the lack of cleanliness of the hotel, The overall experience was really poor

Pros: Breakfast was good, set us up for the coming day. Staff were very helpfull without being obtrusive. Room was the best with 3 lovely big windows looking out onto the bay, views of the Great Orme to the left & across to the Little Orme on the right, spectacular! Plenty of space in the room & bathroom with bath + rainforest type shower.All was vey clean,tidy & replenished supplies each day. We were really impressed as you can tell & for the p[rice we paid it was a steal : )

Cons: It could use an elevator, but we managed, that's a minor detail compared & did not detract from our enjoyment of the hotel.

Cons: Room was a little small, but adequate. Shower room was particularly small, toilet was sandwiched between basin and shower. Any person of larger size than average would struggle, and wouldn’t get in the shower. it was cramped.
