Pros: The staff at the front desk were AMAZING. They were friendly and helpful introducing us to the city, map, and recommending restaurants. The room was beautiful and the pool was great! So glad we stayed here. The breakfast was spectacular! So much to choose from. We loved our stay.

Pros: Location was ideal, within walking distance of the Triple Bridge. We came on a Friday evening and walked down to the Bridge. Awesome! Saturday there was a fair going on with lots of stuff to do. Hotel staff was gracious, helpful, polite, room was large and very clean, and comfortable. No complaints.

Pros: The reception staff really go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Their professionalism and, not least, their fluency in 4 or 5 languages was truly impressive. They were genuinely concerned that everything in the room was ok, super-efficient at organising transport and recommending restaurants etc.(Any traveller within 100 miles of Ljubljana should visit the Sokol retaurant)

Pros: We stayed at your hotel for 4 nights. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and accomidating! One of the bellmen even went out down the street to get a slice of pizza for us late at night when we came in after the resturants were closed! Everyone went out of their way to be helpful! It was an outstanding experience!

Only issue was that I was given twin bed rather than double which I had requested. Good thing that beds had castors so could push.
Nice breakfast with hugh choices - typical European style. Street sign on road directing to hotel can be bit misleading (we took a round about).

Pros: well I booked a room over the garni hotel, i had asked for twin beds exterior room , so they didnt have one room at the moment with all my needs, so I got an upgrade and sent to a hotel just next to it, wihich belong to the same chain, the grand union, so I cant say anything about the garnier, but i can say about the grand union, it is a really really good hotel, pool, sauna. big rooms, big bathroom, amazing breakfast, profesional staff, well everything,

Pros: we attended a concert at the new stozice stadium. hotel mons is a about a 10 min drive away, all on the high way. the hotel was nice and clean. late check in and early check out (4:30am) was no problem. food at the self service restaurant was good. very large selection. mattresses were firm and good. rested very well and recommend this hotel. don't know how close to the city center though.
