R2 105+
Overview Reviews
When you stay at Lone Tree Golf Club And Hotel in Lone Tree, you'll be in the entertainment district, within a 10-minute drive of Denver Tech Center and Park Meadows Mall. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: I love that a good breakfast is included with the price of the room. Generally, in the US, you either get a mediocre breakfast for free or there's a restaurant you have to pay for breakfast at. Lone Tree provides a nice breakfast complimentary. The room was also very spacious and the bed very comfortable.
Cons: My only issue is with the water pressure, it is a little less than optimal out of the shower head and also the sink in the bathroom.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was thick and comfortable. The linens were clean and smelled good. The room was pleasing to the eye and comfortable. The carpeting was new and the sofa comfortable.
5,0 Okay

9,7 Excellent

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Room, staff, location!!
Cons: Showers could use updating!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very quiet neighborhood, good price compared to hotels in area. Good breakfast included.
Cons: View from room was the dumpster and parking lot. Hotel is a little outdated.
8,8 Excellent
Cons: better water pressure in shower.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Allergies to dogs. Saw a man with a pit bull in the hallway. I have stayed at Lone Tree on several occasions and never seen a dog before. I did not have a reaction but if I would have, could have ruined my trip.

Cons: Nothing
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The amenities. The front desk staff.
Cons: The resort fee in which services weren't used besides internet. No option to opt out of fees. The credits needed to be charged to the hotel. The free drink ward only for the Inverness ale.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: There was a lot to do for families! The location was great cause we went to top golf. Clean and really pretty property! Not to far from the mall.
Cons: Well I booked through booking.com and on there end they said breakfast was included and so was the resort fee and taxes for a total of $208.61. I paid for the fees twice because I got charged 247.97 for the stay with the fees and stuff. Then they said breakfast wasn’t included and I said on my booking it said it was. I had the email so I showed her and she Rectified that so that was nice! But still ended up paying $50 more and had some charge of $12 for something I didn’t do.
7,5 Good
Cons: To be charged a $ 22.00 a day for resort fee when we were not there for that and that we did not used it. This will make us to look for a regular hotel next time in Denver.

7,0 Good
Pros: Location and the overall property were very nice.
Cons: The bathroom was not cleaned very well.
6,0 Good
Pros: The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is very clean.
Cons: This is a nice hotel with a golf course. It is definitely a conference center, not a resort. The beds are not very comfortable, and we had to ask for feather pillows. Not a vacation spot.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Free Executive Breakfast for People on the 5th floor. Not much variety but good enough
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the pools, the quietness surrounding the property. The landscape. Restaurants and ease of getting around.

Pros: So I stayed here and used the room as a bridal suite. The manager allowed me to go into the pool jacuzzi 30 minutes prior to opening so I could loosen up my muscles. Hugo who was part of facilities was great! They went above and beyond!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms
8,8 Excellent

9,2 Excellent
Pros: It was very convenient
Cons: The food in the restaurant on the second floor was terrible and extremely overpriced.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Nice facility, roomy suite, close to restaurants and main roads. Very good breakfast.
Cons: The carpeting in livingroom area was worn and dirty. Kitchen, doors, needed attention as well.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The room at first glance appeared clean. But the longer I stayed I started seeing disgusting things in the nooks and crannies. However, when I addressed it with the cleaning staff, they cleaned everything to my satisfaction! I loved having the full kitchen. We cooked our own breakfast and dinner two of the three nights we stayed there saving tons of money. We didn’t eat the free breakfast even though I heard many comment that it was really good. When I saw that there was a huge family reunion in the hotel at the same time we felt the wait would be long and the food picked over, as no one was watching their children and children are just plain nasty. Lastly, when I saw they were serving powdered eggs I was completely turned off and good with cooking breakfast in our room.
Cons: I didn’t like that the blanket on the bed was dirty and there was a nasty balled up Kleenex between the blanket and the sheet that I know for a fact neither my husband or I put it there. It was there when we got there. There was a nasty blood stain on the blanket which tells me that it wasn’t changed! There was another nasty blood stain on the let out sofa
7,5 Good
Pros: The beds were awesome
Cons: Great location
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was perfect in every way all the staff were friendly and helpful I cannot fault it!!!! Breakfast was delicious especially the freshly made omelettes
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Liked the overall hotel, clean, well-lit, spacious, quiet. Liked the shuttle service. Didn't get to use any bar/breakfast services. Viviana was very welcoming, friendly, and professional.
Cons: Mary is either too shy or arrogant for the hospitality industry. She is dismissive, non communicative, and otherwise seemingly bothered by guests. Several times during our one night stay she refused to even acknowledge our presence, even when we attempted to speak to her directly. Not exactly welcoming or warm. A real put off to an otherwise excellent facility.
7,1 Good
Pros: Clean room, good location
Cons: Pet fee is too high
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Having two separate bedrooms with attached bathrooms

My room had a sofa bed but it wasn't made nor were there any sheets or anything to make it myself. The cable channels.... if you want to watch ESPN all day you are set. there are 4 ESPN channels

Pros: It was in a central location from where i was traveling to.
Cons: I did not like the fact that noone came to clean my room. i stayed 3 nights and not once did i have my towels clean or my bed made. I paid extra for me and my partner to enjoy our anniversary. we travelled for many hours during the day and came back to the hotel a midnight or later. we were too tired to go to help desk for clean towels.

Pros: The beds really were comfortable.
Cons: Had a hard time getting past dirty floors, tub/shower and toilet. Bathrooms should be super clean in hotels. Our tub was full of hair, like, on the wall, on the dispensers and in the tub. Dirty toilet. Dirty floors. Blech.

Pros: My reservation was to have a room with a balcony. When we checked in, we got room 41, which is on the ground level, no balcony, just a "rock" patio and since it was on the ground level, the door only opened 2 inches. Called the front desk and we got moved to room 255. The room was fine, it was when we tried to leave the next morning @ 5 am that we had the issue. We could not get out of our room. The deadbolt on the door was stuck and the door would not open at all. We were kind of panicked, as had there been a fire we would have had to jump from the balcony. Called the front desk and got apologies from the girl before she came to our room, so SHE KNEW THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE LOCK ON THE DOOR!!! Marriott is very lucky that there was not a fire! We were very upset that the front desk was aware of the issue and yet put us in that room anyway! THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE FOR ANYONE STAYING AT THAT HOTEL. She explained that they had just replaced the locks on the doors and they were having issues....NO KIDDING!!! The other issue we had was that we were charged an additional $5 to park in the Hotels parking lot??? What? I do not understand why we had to pay to park where we stayed. PARKING AT THE HOTEL SHOULD BE A GIVEN, INCLUDED IN THE RATE!!! It wasn't underground or secured parking, just the outdoor parking lot! What a shock I got when they told me at the front desk that we had to pay the additional fee. Where else were we to park? No response from the girl at the Front Desk!! What a crock! We have stayed at this particular Courtyard Marriott before without issue. WE ARE NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE STAY THIS TIME AT ALL!!! I would like a credit of some kind! Please advise! Thank You! Jerri Robinette

Pros: I liked having the fridge in the room.
Cons: The fridge was warm upon arrival. In addition, the way the hotel bills and pulls funds from the card is not exactly clear until it happens. I stayed for two nights and it pulled both nights separately. I am unsure as to why this is this case but even their sign was unclear. Lastly, the charge that is held is not made clear up front of the $20 per night. This needs to be disclosed upfront so I could plan accordingly ahead of time.

Cons: Was not accommodated with a dble beds suite. We had a king bed With 4 adults we had to make beds on the floor
7,0 Good
Pros: The breakfast was wonderful!
Cons: When we arrived, the clerk was no where to be found. He appeared after about 5-6 minutes, but had no name tag on or a friendly demeanor. It was awkward and unprofessional. He did not smile, or make eye contact, and seemed annoyed that we interrupted him.

Cons: Not one available outlet to plug in my laptop at the desk and had to move the table between the two beds away to get to the one available outlet, then had to charge my cell phone in the bathroom.

Pros: The location is great. Beds are very comfy and the rooms have a large high quality television. Staff is courteous and helpful.
Cons: Bathroom is TINY. (The door almost hits the toilet). Main complaint would be we could hear every word of conversations of the guests next to us and their TV. Neighbors were not overly noisy - just no soundproofing at all.

Pros: Bed was comfortable, free parking, ample outlets (though a bit hard to find, as they were on the side of desk/night stand)
Cons: Rooms were smaller than I expected, internet was excruciatingly slow, no coffee in the lobby (purchase only), ice machine on our floor was broken, doors were difficult to close without slamming, toilet made strange (loud) noises in the night.
