Disgusting rooms. Wasn't even cleaned before we arrived. Sheets were dirty and there were razors and clothing from the previous guests.

Pros (+) Cost for comfort, this hotel gets an A+. It was extremely affordable, very clean, felt safe, and was very comfortable. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. I would book it again in a heartbeat. No complaints.

Pros (+) Bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) The hallway had not been vacuumed lately. Material peeling from the ceiling and wallpaper peeling from walls. No attachment for the shower head. At breakfast the oatmeal was so watery that it could be poured from a pitcher. Very limited and poor selection for breakfast. Needs a good woman's touch.

Pros (+) I picked this hotel because I needed a place to stay after a concert at the Pepsi center, and because I had a meeting near the tech center the follow on day. The very courteous and helpful office staff informed me all about the light rail to the Pepsi center, which was awesome because it saved me ~$20 in parking, and eliminated much stress in I-25 travel. The light rail station is within a 10 minu...
Cons (-) The room decor is outdated. The bathroom, while clean and functional, had many cosmetic issues (broken floor tile, peeling wall board, some drywall issues).
