Staff was very nice but the room was very dated. The elevator nearest my room didn’t work and there was wallpaper coming off the hallway walls. I did not stay the night.

Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for being friendly and helpful, and many found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for events and travel, and several guests enjoyed amenities like the shuttle service and complimentary cookies. However, there were frequent complaints about parking fees, some maintenance issues in the rooms, and occasional problems with amenities such as breakfast, microwaves, and gym equipment. Overall, the positives centered on service, cleanliness, and location, while negatives mostly related to extra charges and some outdated facilities.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Good breakfast
Cons (-) Tv did not work for first day and half. Dead plant on smoking patio. Drawer in room was inoperable. Front desk personnel that checked us in was curt and prevented “rolled his eyes” at us as we left the counter. I will not recommend this hotel
Pros (+) Friendly service, clean and roomy, comfortable bed with soft linens and great pillows, easy to find location.
Cons (-) Ice maker was close to room and metal buckets were very loud as everyone filled them.
