There is a significant difference between local staff who is awesome and the forwarding service that you are sent to when they don't answer. If I'm running 30 minutes late and want to warn them. The rental service wanted to charge me $150. Luckily I made it in time, but a simple late fee would have been more reasonable.8,8 Very Good

The car was fine. We had good service from John Froehm (spelling may be wrong) at the airport enterprise after we ended up at a rental location that wasnt' anywhere near where we wanted to be. We were thankful that there was another car that they were able to give us at the location that we wanted. John was very helpful.Cons:
Kayak did not seem to be upfront about the fact that the car we ordered was not anywhere near the airport. This almost became a problem for us but the airport rental place was able to work with us and help us out.Silvercar
