Pros: I love that a good breakfast is included with the price of the room. Generally, in the US, you either get a mediocre breakfast for free or there's a restaurant you have to pay for breakfast at. Lone Tree provides a nice breakfast complimentary. The room was also very spacious and the bed very comfortable.
Cons: My only issue is with the water pressure, it is a little less than optimal out of the shower head and also the sink in the bathroom.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was thick and comfortable. The linens were clean and smelled good. The room was pleasing to the eye and comfortable. The carpeting was new and the sofa comfortable.

Cons: Allergies to dogs. Saw a man with a pit bull in the hallway. I have stayed at Lone Tree on several occasions and never seen a dog before. I did not have a reaction but if I would have, could have ruined my trip.

My room had a sofa bed but it wasn't made nor were there any sheets or anything to make it myself. Pros: It was in a central location from where i was traveling to.
Cons: I did not like the fact that noone came to clean my room. i stayed 3 nights and not once did i have my towels clean or my bed made. I paid extra for me and my partner to enjoy our anniversary. we travelled for many hours during the day and came back to the hotel a midnight or later. we were too tired to go to help desk for clean towels.
6,3 Good
Pros: The beds really were comfortable.
Cons: Had a hard time getting past dirty floors, tub/shower and toilet. Bathrooms should be super clean in hotels. Our tub was full of hair, like, on the wall, on the dispensers and in the tub. Dirty toilet. Dirty floors. Blech.

Pros: My reservation was to have a room with a balcony. When we checked in, we got room 41, which is on the ground level, no balcony, just a "rock" patio and since it was on the ground level, the door only opened 2 inches. Called the front desk and we got moved to room 255. The room was fine, it was when we tried to leave the next morning @ 5 am that we had the issue. We could not get out of our room. The deadbolt on the door was stuck and the door would not open at all. We were kind of panicked, as had there been a fire we would have had to jump from the balcony. Called the front desk and got apologies from the girl before she came to our room, so SHE KNEW THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE LOCK ON THE DOOR!!! Marriott is very lucky that there was not a fire! We were very upset that the front desk was aware of the issue and yet put us in that room anyway! THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE FOR ANYONE STAYING AT THAT HOTEL. She explained that they had just replaced the locks on the doors and they were having issues....NO KIDDING!!! The other issue we had was that we were charged an additional $5 to park in the Hotels parking lot??? What? I do not understand why we had to pay to park where we stayed. PARKING AT THE HOTEL SHOULD BE A GIVEN, INCLUDED IN THE RATE!!! It wasn't underground or secured parking, just the outdoor parking lot! What a shock I got when they told me at the front desk that we had to pay the additional fee. Where else were we to park? No response from the girl at the Front Desk!! What a crock! We have stayed at this particular Courtyard Marriott before without issue. WE ARE NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE STAY THIS TIME AT ALL!!! I would like a credit of some kind! Please advise! Thank You! Jerri Robinette

Pros: Perhaps one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Rooms were neat, clean and spacious with good quality linens, a neat and functional kitchenette w/ utensils and cookware. Bikes for guests and a healthy breakfast!
Cons: Some construction going on in the parking lot made it a little difficult to leave the property but nothing permanent and definitely not a deal breaker.

5,4 Okay
Pros: The room was fairly large and the bed was pretty comfortable.
Cons: Someone removed the little tray that you need to make coffee with the Pod, so I had to make my coffee like tea. Just dropped the coffee pod in the cup. The air conditioning was horrible, because the fan kept going on and off all night long. When the fan was off, you could hear all the traffic on the interstate. Staff said that could be perhaps fixed in the morning for a constant fan, however I was just here for one night. In other words no maintenance staff in the evening.

Pros: The jacuzzi tub in the room was the only good thing.
Cons: There were people running around upstairs so it was super noisy. The internet didn't work. The room was dirty. Cobwebs and dead bugs were all over the windowsills. Then we go for breakfast and the cereal was stale.. was definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend

Pros: Only hard boiled eggs. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Condom and candy wrappers in a dresser drawer. Front desk clerk wouldn't help because he said he was the only one there, that it would have to wait until the next day. Went down there and the hot tub was open but the water was not even as warm as bath water. The pool was not heated at all.

5,8 Okay
Pros: Minus the unexplainable charges I received from the hotel, the value for the room is good for the market.
Cons: I received an unexplainable charge from this hotel for a second time this month. Upon checkout there was another individual at the front desk disputing the same thing. Management is suspiciously unavailable to address the issue in the middle of the day, but the statement from the Front Desk is one of pure surrender. She had no idea what to tell us, as she could not find a business justification for the charges. I've written positive reviews in the past, as I've stated here on many occasions. Without phantom charges the property's a good value for the market, but unfortunately I see a pattern forming in my collection of experiences at this point. I'm a seasoned traveler who knows when hotel management is being proactive to remedy a situation. I would rate this hotel management as non-existent in response to my reent issue. So time and effort is required on my end to retrieve my funds.

Pros: The non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray, the room was not vacuumed when it given to us, the microwave was dirty, and the bathroom was not clean. This was one of the worst hotels I ever had. In addition, FOX News was even blocked on this facility. I tried it 3x on different times! Very bad experience!!!!
Cons: Sad, but everything about this hotel was bad except the location. This hotel is tired and needs attention. The hotel chain must be informed of the poor management of this Denver facility.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: It was located where I needed it to be but that was the only positive.
Cons: There was no breakfast just old packaged rolls and coffee. It was a joke. The rooms are just above disgusting. We didn't even get the two double beds we reserved and we booked months before the date. The people at the desk were unfriendly and had really bad attitudes.
4,2 Okay
Cons: dirty carpet and chair .whole place needs to be looked into for people to stay .I did not sleep the place has been smoked in but signs say no smoking .dirty dirty dirty .all i have to say is not staying there any longer
6,7 Good
Pros: Easy walk to the restaurants and bars in DTC.
Cons: The stained carpets.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: There was barely any breakfast. Terrible. The young man at the desk was trying his best to be helpful.
Cons: It was not clean at all. The location is not in a good area any longer. The airconditioner was filthy. It was not a good stay at all I would not recommend this location at all.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Location
Cons: Dirty, dirty, dirty
6,3 Good
Pros: We liked how quiet it was and the staff could not have been more helpful. The bed was wonderful!
Cons: The kitchen had roaches and the carpet was very dirty and stained. The sink in the bathroom did not have a stopper and you could see a toothbrush and some other nasty things stuck in the drain when you washed your hands.
