Pros (+) Decent breakfast. Walking distance from a couple restaurants. Large space for low cost.
Cons (-) A/C wasn't working when we arrived. Rust and stains in the bathroom. King-sized bed with 12"x12" pillows?

Pros (+) The lobby, rooms and baths were very clean and roomy. The breakfast was also very nice. Great swimming pool with plenty of parking.

Pros (+) I liked the convenience of the location, as well as a safe neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. The discount was also a plus.
Cons (-) It wasn't as clean as I would have hoped, the bathroom was a bit dirty. Also there were kids on our floor that kept running up and down the halls and banging the doors. Other than that, I am very satisfied
