Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for events and access to restaurants. Many found the rooms to be clean and spacious, and several appreciated the friendly staff and extra touches like popcorn and cookies in the lobby. However, some guests experienced issues with outdated furniture, maintenance problems, and inconsistent service. Breakfast was generally considered adequate but not exceptional. Overall, the positives centered on location, cleanliness, and room comfort, though there were notable areas for improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Decent breakfast. Walking distance from a couple restaurants. Large space for low cost.
Cons (-) A/C wasn't working when we arrived. Rust and stains in the bathroom. King-sized bed with 12"x12" pillows?
Pros (+) The lobby, rooms and baths were very clean and roomy. The breakfast was also very nice. Great swimming pool with plenty of parking.
Cons (-) Rooms are a bit noisy. No insulation in walls
Pros (+) I liked the convenience of the location, as well as a safe neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. The discount was also a plus.
Cons (-) It wasn't as clean as I would have hoped, the bathroom was a bit dirty. Also there were kids on our floor that kept running up and down the halls and banging the doors. Other than that, I am very satisfied
