9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff was really amazing.
Cons: Bed was somewhat hard.
4,6 Okay
Pros: The staff were very nice and easy to work with. Breakfast was alright; typical hotel breakfast.
Cons: - Elevators smelled bad. - There was a musty/stuffy smell in our room. - Bathtub had mildew spots along the sides (see pics) and the tub surface was very slick/slippery when showering. Needs some of those textured strips to prevent falls. - It was very confusing trying to pull in for check-in. There should be signs that specify which is the entrance to the hotel front office and the entrance to the parking deck/garage. We drove around like 2-3 times before we eventually noticed the front entrance. - Housekeeping came in the room (without knocking first) around 8:45AM when we were still getting up and ready. All other hotels we’ve stayed at, housekeeping doesn’t come in until after we’ve left for the day/checked out. - If you’re taller like me, the doorways and ceilings are a little lower than I expected. - Overall very dissatisfied with our stay
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Front desk check In was very nice, friendly and made checking in very easy after driving in late. Breakfast was plentiful and staff kept area clean and items refilled at all times.

Cons: Nothing. Everything and everyone was the best. I wish I could afford to stay more often.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Didn't get a chance to eat breakfast, but the facility was just as described, everything was well taken care of, staff very friendly and helpful, our room was very clean, and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here.
Cons: Was a little hard to find, but other than that, no issues.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff is very nice! Room clean! Awesome location
Cons: Nothing
9,6 Excellent
Pros: great
Cons: getting checked in, unable to pull up my reservation , kept saying it wasn't paid for, never could get the correct receipt. Had to give them another credit card, then the receipt printed with the first credit card showing, I had to keep checking my account to make sure I wasn't being billed twice. I was at the counter over 35 minutes. I'm stilling trying to ensure I was charged correctly.

Pros: A good location for our purposes. Not their fault that road construction made getting to it difficult or that Little Rock streets are hard to follow. Pretty grounds.

7,5 Good
Pros: There is good food but there was alot empty for the hot foods. We ate around 7:30.
Cons: In room 218 you could not walk around barefoot bc there was a huge wet spot in front of bathroom. Bc the vent on the ceiling located in front of the bathroom was leaking water. Which caused the wet spot. There was a mold smell bc of the leaking air vent. Bc of the leak the ceiling light beside the air vent had a strobe light effect. (Electrical shortage) Also no hand soap in the bathroom , the front desk was helpful. I told her about the light, water in the floor, and hand soap. She gave me 2 bars of soap and apologized about the floor being wet. She said she would take notes. The next morning when leaving the bathroom the water from the air vent fell on my coworkers face. That is how we knew the wet spot came from the air vent. Which is probably why the light has the strobe light effect. When checking out I informed the front desk clerk. She said she would take notes. I told her she should tell the manager. She apologized too.

Pros: The bed was clean and comfortable
Cons: The keying machine was broken...a staff member had to let us into our room each time we wanted to go in. That, of course, meant sitting around waiting for someone free to help us and all of he other people staying there. Her suggestion was to just leave our door unlocked! She assured me it was safe to do so. We stayed one night and wouldn’t do so again.

Pros: Staff were great, and the room was awesome! Very clean, AC worked great, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Blackout curtains were very effective, as well, which was nice!
Cons: Breakfast wasn't included, and I was unaware of that fact when I booked. That was honestly my worst complaint; everything else was good. I'm unsure if there was a pool; I was thinking there would be, but I wound up not having time to find out. Wish there had been a microwave in the room, though; there was only a communal microwave in the "vending" room that only offered an ice machine (no snacks/water/drinks) and a microwave. So the vending room was a little lacking, but it wasn't a big deal to me. Just sharing the info:) TV was difficult to hear, and had to keep turning up the volume, only to frantically try to turn it down every time it suddenly switched to crazy loud levels! Fairly minor details, though, overall, except for the lack of breakfast... surely they could've offered at least cereal/toast/juice/etc???
