Location of vehicle was not correct, flew into Little Rock Airport for first time. Was unaware there were several locations. Vehicle was for a different Hertz location. Hertz did get us a vehicle but the rate was different.

The Hertz on Reservoir Rd. In Little Rock, Arkansas was very professional. The building was clean, the representative was courteous, informative, and helpful. The service I received was bar none, and the experience was more than memorable. I’ll be sure to rent again from Hertz. Thanks Kayak. Thanks Hertz.

I was very disappointed because when I picked the car I specifically asked for the insurance, as I always do when renting a car. They told me it was added but I don’t pay attention when initializing and signing the contract. Unfortuanately I had a minor accident when parking the car when I returned the car. Then they told me I didn’t have insurance.

Car was clean.The people at the Hertz facility could have been a little nicer. I called to change my reservation, ensured it was changed, go to the location and they had no recollection of the new reservation time. There were no cars available and therefore had to wait until my original time to pick up the car. They offered no apologies for my inconvenience on their behalf and were very rude about the whole situation. Will be going with Enterprise from now on.

THERES NOTHING GOOD To SAY ABT THIS LOCATIONFIRST OF ALL THE AGENT WAS VERY RUDE, HE KEPT STATING THAT I HAVE TO HAVE FULL COVERAGE INSUTANCE..ONCE I TOKD HIM I HAD INSURANCE HE MADE IT KNOWN THAT I NEEDED FULL COVERAGE, BY REPEATING IT 3X....SECOND OF ALL, I ONKY NEEDED THE CAR FOR 2 DAYS, AFTER HE HAD CHARGED ME FOR 3 DAYS, HE GOES ON TO TELL ME THAT THWU ARW CLOSED ON SUNDAY SO ITS GONNA BE A 3 DAY CHARGE, WHICH BASICALLY GAVE ME NO OPTION TO CHANGE PLANS.....THIRD AFTER BRINGING THE CAR BACK, THERW WAA NO PLACE TO LEAVE THE KEYS FOR THW RWNTAL CAR....ALAO MY CAR GOT BROKEN INTO ON THE PARKING LOT!!

Our flight bead delayed, so by the time got to Little Rock, the Hertz desk was closed. We got there at 10:10, the desk closed at 10. No signs about who to call after hours, no emergency contact. Nothing. We were forced to spend the night at a hotel near the airport to the tune of around $120.00. Other desks were open waiting for late arrival but not Hertz. When we went in the next morning and explained what had happened we were basically met with a shrug. They would not even give us the same price as the booking from the night before. Had to pay more with no choice since none of the other companies had any available rentals. Not a good experience overall.
