Pros (+) Convenience to the highway, familiar brand, bed was comfortable
Cons (-) Had to wait about 8 minutes to be checked in even though no one else was in line. Hotel needs to be upgraded, carpet in hallways was gross and elevator was very run down. Ice machine was leaking and gross with stains.
Pros (+) Cleanliness, modern furnishings, most needs for our stay were met.
Cons (-) No rollaway beds available; extra towels weren't provided as asked at online check-in; have to go to front desk for extra towels; check-out statement should indicate if check-out is complete without calling or going to front desk; Bistro location should be mentioned.
