the staff is consistently friendly, courteous, helpful
The carpet and the room can be cleaner. There was a dry urine stain at the toilet which was never cleaned. The plumbing system can be upgraded. One time we stayed in a room with a bathroom drain that was clogged. This time the toilet and the shower plumbing leaked. The min refrigerator in the room was noisy
The location is excellent and convenient to major highways. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and professional
The coffee in the lobby can be refreshed more frequently. It is often lukewarm. The door of the room was all scratched up and not repaired or repainted (looks like a dog had done some damage to the bottom of the door in the past)
Hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and my kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
We could here the people up from us walking around all night. The doors to the rooms are very loud when you close them.
