The bell desk was not very attentive, they took 45 mins to send the bell boy to my room for the luggage. I almost missed by flight due to their bell desk service.

Wifi in the rooms not working properly. In a Five Star Hotel in 2019 this is not acceptable.

Hotel room felt very luxurious
A lot of the sun beds around the pool area were reserved and it was incredibly expensive to rent a cabana. Free drinking water and coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice but this hotel wants to make as much money out of you as possible.
