Cons (-) Public areas like the hallways and entrance were littered with cigarette butts, wrappers, random garbage, needed vacuuming desperately. Breakfast bar lacked basic items like milk. How does this hotel have such a high rating

Cons (-) Things were literally falling apart. The shower head was pulled from the wall. The heat went was taken a part & the pieces left on the floor

Cons (-) Lobby was closed and the phone number was disconnected. We never got to check in and had to stay somewhere else

Cons (-) The breakfast area has half the lights out. It's dark. The room booked was double queen. When brought up to desk clerk all she had to say was all we have are doubles. I don't know why it won't let us fix that online. Sorry. No attempt to fix or even a sincere apology.

Pros (+) There were a couple of young ladies working very hard, unfortunately they are working in a facility that should be closed.
Cons (-) This was the dirtiest, most unkept facilty that my wife and I, of over 33 years have ever stayed at. They moved us once and I wanted to leave then but felt bad for the young lady that was trying to help us. I wish we would have left because the room had no heat, and in Laramie Wy that is a must. Pros (+) The morning staff was friendly and seemed concerned about our stay.
Cons (-) The outside and inside of this motel was very rundown. The photos on the website are very misleading. The door lock to the hallway was broken. The A/C system did not work. The breakfast area was very dirty at 4:00 pm and had not been cleaned from the morning. The hallways were dirty. It was a very disappointing stay.
