Pros: Very nice pool areas; ok beach. Great facilities for additional entertainment with the kids (bowling). Nicely organized to separate younger from older kids. Very good rooms, nicely equipped with utensils, cooking ware, glassware... you basically don’t need to leave the hotel.
Cons: Needs more shadows from threes, more seating areas on the beach an along the Pool sides...

Pros: Simply perfect and outstanding
Cons: Nothing
5,0 Okay
Pros: The location on the beach was great but a 20 minute taxi to Santa Marta central with no shuttle service.
Cons: Overcrowded resort, not ideal for couples. Rooms were outdated with a concrete double bed in the matrimonial room. There were many additional charges, even to wash the cups provided. No tea or coffee facilities in room. A vast array of ugly plastic chairs poolside yet never anywhere to lay/sit as everyone seems to hold spaces yet spend hours unattended. We stayed here for some relaxation at the end of a long trip and were very dissatisfied.
7,5 Good
Pros: My mother, my wife and I Go there 3or4 tuice in the year
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Good hotel in Santa Marta (pozos colorados area), in front of the beach. The hotel has several and nice swimming pools, delicious, abundant and good variety of food, beverages, etc. To be honest, you don't need to walk out from the hotel, you have everything to enjoy a good time with your family, relatives, friends, etc. Supermarket inside or a bigger market just few meters walking distance from the hotel if you want something for your group. I enjoyed my time off with my family. I'll be back in the future.
Cons: Some suites are already a bit old, but everything works
8,2 Excellent
Pros: the swimming pools, the location, the beach
Cons: food is not good and very expensive, cleanliness in some areas, not many activities for kids

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Service
Cons: The restaurant is far that the Room
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed at the Reservado tower. Very modern and clean. The rooms are spacious with ceramic floors and good air conditioning system. We had issues making our check in our first night due to an inconvenience with our airline. When we called to let them know we wouldn’t be making our check in the first night they were understanding and held the room until we got in the next day. The food, facilities, and service were top notch.
Cons: When we tried to exchange US dollars to Colombian pesos so we could tip the service staff they would not let me exchange due to the fact that I was a Colombian citizen (living abroad and with US citizenship as well). Luckily my fiancé is a US citizen. When she tried to exchange a simple $20 bill they wouldn’t accept it because it had ink marks on it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I like the trees, plants and Iguana's that are all over
Cons: It was sometimes very difficult to communicate with the staff because most didn't speak English. There could also be a bathtub inches bathroom
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Irotama has 5 different towers, all nearby, Irotama Reservado is the newest and is amazing, we arrived there but realized that maybe it could be too calm for the kids, so we moved to Irotama del Sol, the apartments in both towers are fully equipped and really nice, big and confortable, complete kitchen, washing and drying machine, nice bathrooms, we also had a big outdoor Jacuzzi, the place is amazing, very clean and well equipped, but the most amazing thing is that the staff is really nice and courteous and helpful. we even had a medical condition with one of the kids, we went to a hospital for a preocedure and the next day the hotel reimbursed us all our costs using their own insurance.
Cons: nothing!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great facilities.
Cons: The suites on the 06 line, have little privacy. A new built tower is extremely close. No privacy in the jacuzzi for romantic evening.
6,3 Good
Pros: Nice and clean.
Cons: The quality of the service used to be much better. Time of response in restaurants and cafes was excessive. Distance between my building and the next facility was long.
7,5 Good
Pros: Facilities and location are good
Cons: Prices are expensive and limitations of food that are included in the plan
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was perfect. Everything was like new. We loved the balcony and the view. The rooms were spacious. Juan Carlos was exceptional. He helped us communicate our needs.
Cons: No complaints
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The building is new, clean and incredible. The room was beautiful and the pool was well taken care of and amazing.

Pros: Everything else!!! The location FAB! Bang in the centre of the historic town and 1 block from the Cathedral and Parque de novias which is full of great bars and reataurants. The room we had was big, bright, had a beautiful balcony with hammoc overlooking the courtyard. And the largest comfiest bed and crisp clean linen!! Aircon too which made for a very comfortable night sleep. The authentic colombian Arepas for breakfast were delicoous!!! The staff were also very helpful and pointed out some great recomendations for the area.
Cons: The plunge pool (whilst I am sure is perfectly clean - in fact we saw them cleaning it) doesnt look too appealing and so was the only thing that didnt live up to our expectations. Also no hot water in the shower which even in the Santa Marta heat we would have liked.

Cons: Front desk can be a little slow when checking in and out.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Staff is helpful & friendly. Air conditioning was excellent which is important. Breakfast was good.
Cons: The property could use some renewal. Things look somewhat worn. Pools have a lot of chlorine. Sand on the beach gets very hot. Breakfast while good is not as varied as it could be. It’s a 20 minute taxi ride to center or bay.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Friendliness of staff
Cons: Birds flying around and taking food off tables while eating on the patio
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The hammock
Cons: Very poor value for the money. The room is much smaller than the photos lead you to believe. The hotel is in great need for a refresh.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Private car park
Cons: Very friendly and helpful staff
7,5 Good
Pros: Good hotel, with friendly staff, although no one spoke English, luckily my husband who spoke Spanish was able to communicate with them. Rooms were big and spacious, clean and good air conditioning. The room service was very expensive. Good hotel for family and children as they had lots of activities for them.

Pros: They stated that the hotel was located in the Rodadero, the hotel is located over 15 min away by taxi.I booked the hotel based on being located in the Rodadero region. I requested a refund with no luck..
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The place, the hot shower, the staff, the food!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel with a great pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room with a lot of space and storage room. Good breakfast and a nice restaurant for lunch/dinner.
Cons: There could be more tents for shade at the beach. No restaurants in the neighbourhood, so you have to take a taxi if you want to eat somewhere else.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Good resort. Nice pools. Friendly staff.
Cons: The information says Sea view, but I got a room on the ground floor without any view at all. Nobody speaks english. Little english spoken
6,7 Good
Cons: The staff was rude whenever me and my friend required their help. Also when we first arrived and wanted to check in they told me that because I was Colombian, I needed to pay IVA, even though I was using my Canadian passport. I have been to others hotels (in Colombia) where I make the reservation while still in Canada, and used my Canadian passport so that I don’t have to pay taxes. However, the lady at reception told me that I would have to check in with my Colombian passport which should be a choice since I have double nationally. At the end I explained that I should not have to pay for it and showed her that I need the laws. I did not end up paying for taxes, but their taking advantage of the people that don’t know better so they pay for the IVA even when presenting a foreign passport. As well, the day of the check out, we got a bill from “hotel insurance” which nobody ever told us about. When I asked reception they were incredible rude and said “just make sure that you come and pay for it before you leave” and all I was asking is why they never informed us about it. Finally, they never gave us a tour of the hotel or installations and we had to find our way around it! Even when we were on the beach (close to the hotel) we were walking towards a little bridge and we had locals stop us and tell us that it wasn't safe to walk/bring our valuable things (phone etc) and we’re surprised that no one ever told us about it! If you're looking for a restaurant within a hotel that serves a variety (more international) of food you wont find it here! As well, the COMPLEMENTARY breakfast is always the same and with no much flavour! IF YOURE TAKING A TAXI, ASK THEM TO GET YOU A LOCAL TAXI BECAUSE THEY OVER CHARGE DUE TO THEIR WORKING WITH THE HOTEL! (Apparently they don’t carry enough change so if you don’t pay exact, you don’t get all your change back)
8,3 Excellent
Pros: great breakfast
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was okay. Location a little out of the way, but close to airport as we were flying the next day. It had a beautiful, private beach and pool. The room had two bathrooms. We were three women, so that was a plus!
Cons: They close access to the beach at 6 and pool at 8.
6,7 Good
Pros: The staff service at the reception and help, amazing
Cons: Although the stuff at the reception is extremely nice, the restaurant is not good enough for the level that the hotel sells. The quality should be better, taking into account that is really far away from everything
6,7 Good
Pros: Well the hotel is beautiful Cleaning service is no really good the bathrooms need more cleaning ... lady’s in the front desk are very friendly ... security’s good a little far the city but is okay ...
Cons: Bathrooms no really clean

9,2 Excellent
Pros: The location is great. Beautiful sunsets over the Caribbean sea and a big pool.
Cons: The food could certainly be improved.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was exceptionally nice, the rooms were very clean and well taken care of, the on site tour agency was excellent, the food was great, and the beach front location with pool perfect to enjoy the tropical sun...My wife and I travel often and we do not usually go back to a place once we have experienced it....only exceptional places get a return trip....Tamaca is on that very short list
Cons: There has been an error with a partial prepayment that needs to be clarified with booking...booking applied an early small partial payment, but the hotel claims they never received it. They checked their records and contacted booking, also, they will take it up with booking when I send them the copy proof of the payment sent to the agency and will return the partial payment.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It’s very clean, excellent location by the beach and near the shopping mall! Staff is super nice and attentive! It’s my go-to hotel!

Cons: The balcony
6,3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: They should improve the wi fi connection ASAP! IT is terrible!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: you can't beat the location.
Cons: This property has Prime Beach location with direct access from the pool to the beach. They also provide Beach canopies free of charge, and the restaurant next door provides waiter service for drinks and food which I highly recommend and his name is Jefferson
10,0 Excellent
Cons: There was no wifi the entire day and I was not able to get in touch with my family once I arrived which caused a lot of concern.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Great location. AC working, room was clean, TV had lots of channels. Pool was great so was beach. Salon and tours on property were a nice touch.
Cons: Infraestructure and service. The hotel attention to detail is needed. Customers have to flag service workers/waiters rather than them coming to the table. The food is not quality at all - do yourself a favor and go out to eat. The construction is flawed. All rooms have an opening above the door and the bathrooms have a window and not an exhaust. As a consequence, you hear noise from your neighbors and street until long hours of the night.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Was close to the beach and the mall was across the street there was a local market down the street and Santa Marta central only a 15 minute cab drive
Cons: Nothing everything was excellent
5,0 Okay
Pros: The staff was wonderful and very helpful.
Cons: SO LOUD! The side of the hotel facing the beach is lovely, but the resort is on a busy street with nonstop traffic and beeping - even at all hours of the night and morning. Very hard to get comfortable and sleep well. Also, the rooms look nothing like the photos. They are not nearly as clean, bright or big!

Pros: A private room with en suite in this hotel was cheaper than most of the hostels. Jorge was fantastic! So friendly, he and his boss Javier were so helpful in organising a tour for me to Tayrona park the day after I arrived (these can book up quickly). Jorge was just lovely, and couldn’t do enough to help, the breakfast he cooked was good and he was just always smiling and friendly. Really enjoyed my stay here.
Cons: It was all great!

Pros: excellent breakfast, good coffee, superbly helpful staff, lots of plants and a big mango tree overshadowing the central patio, small pool is fantastic to cool down on hot days, and to keep kids / overheated family members happy. The historical area of Santa Marta within 3-6 blocks of hotel
Cons: Having to pay 15,000 COP Extra for Air Conditioning It was a hotel not a hostel so I really have no right to complain I could not access kitchen. You if driving your own car or a rental must pay 9000-15,000 COP per Night or 20,000-25,000 COP per whole day to some SHADY DISHONEST parking garage owners nearby. You can days park on he street no problem.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: This place was great for me to while away a few days while my husband did the lost city trek. The aircon was excellent as was the wifi. Good breakfast. I also enjoyed the pool. The mossies in the courtyard were the only annoying part but they come with the territory.

Pros: Santorini was a perfect spot for my family reunion before my wedding! We stayed in the Villa which was a little tight but I would recommend getting individual suites for more room. Good breakfast too!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect stay; be sure to see top floor bar and gym on the 2nd floor. Across the street from beach, but less than a 2 min walk. Very nice breakfast.excellent; friendly and knowledgeable staff. If in Santa Marta, I am highly likely to stay there again.
Cons: Difficult to schedule shuttle bus. You need to request it at least a day ahead of time; they did not send an email confirmation after 2 calls to schedule, but they were there with my name when we arrived. They stop service around 6 PM so if you have a late flight you will need to pay a taxi. The trip is short but the taxi flat rate is around 20K. Taxis are a rip-off in Santa Marta but this has nothing to do with the hotel.
10,0 Excellent

7,9 Good
Pros: The studio apartment is the way to go. Perfect for a couple with a few kids. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if in the area.
5,4 Okay
Pros: the beach is great, even if it is right in front of the charcoal loading dock. the staff was friendly and resourceful
Cons: there was not much to like, the hotel sees abandoned, there is rust everywhere, the facilities show very little maintenance, the room felt like a motel room, the beaches were a bit dirty, the food was definitely not up to standards (especially for a remote place, in which you won't have another choice). overall, we had a great time together in spite of the state of this hotel
5,8 Okay
Cons: Had problems with food and drinks requested on the first day. They spent over 2 hours and didn't process our order, while attending other people ahead of us meanwhile. They had a personal shortage hence the doorman was taking orders, and a clear lack of processes. I called the manager after almost two hours and she stated it would be ready in a few minutes, but it took them over another 40 mins. I literally had to walk in the kitchen and request they took my order after I realized they hadn't even entered my order. The hotel has very few alternatives around, so you are kind of forced to deal with the very poor organization if you want to have lunch/dinner at the beach. What really surprised me is the manager has absolutely no control over the operation, the employees ignored her and kept me for around 3 hours waiting for a fried fish order. At the end, they didn't even have the decency to not charge me, they gave me a discount after trying to make me feel guilty that employees would be charge out of their own salary for my food. The hotel should have assumed their responsibility, provide compensation by no charging and express apologies. If food is important for the travellers, I'd highly recommend searching for other alternatives.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great little budget hotel to stay at. The room was exceptionally clean with a big comfortable bed. Bathroom clean and good shower (cold but not freezing). The aircon efficient and quiet. I slept very well and the breakfast was good and served very early so I didn't miss it before early flight. Wifi was very good. The staff were polite and professional. Very well run hotel.
Cons: Can't think of anything in particular! Maybe that the safe was left locked by previous so I couldn't use it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: My husband and I spent 2 nights in Hotel Tayromar and it was just perfect for our short stay in Santa Marta because the location is great, very close to Parque de Los Novios and all the restaurants. Also they kindly kept our luggage safe for a day while we went to Tayrona and slept there. Very nice staff!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: beautiful terrace for breakfast and great location in the historic district
Cons: very noisy being next to reception, could hear conversations from there starting before sunrise as if they were in my room, garden tending staff could see into my room and the neighbors could see into my shower and I didn’t have a curtain there!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the view from the breakfast area and the breakfast in general, really nice staff and perfect location Great restaurants nearby, Quiet at night
Cons: Only cold water in the shower
7,9 Good
Pros: The location is really good. near to the Novios Park.
Cons: The air conditioner was really slow to make a diffrence.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The staff was nice, especially the guy from Argentina working at the reception
Cons: The place is very essential... no hot water in the room and not very clean. But if you are staying just one night you can resist :)

Pros: Perfect location
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This place was really great! It’s perfectly located for exploring Santa Marta - near the beach and many restaurants. The staff were incredible. The manager (owner?) walked me to a place where I could transfer money to pay for my previous hotel to ship something I forgot. He was super helpful and called the other hotel to help me as I don’t speak any Spanish. (While he didn’t speak English, we were able to communicate easily with google translate.) The room was very nice - the air con was appreciated as it was a super hot day. The bed was comfortable and everything was super clean. Breakfast was good. The women were friendly and the food provided was decent.
Cons: I liked everything.
7,5 Good
Pros: Perfect location. Between the beach and restaurant area at Parque de los Novios. Good ok breakfast. Working wifi in the room. Rather clean.
Cons: More care and more smiles from the receptionists had improved the rating. Say hi and goodbye and ask if any help or tips are needed would have been an improvement.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is absolutely great. I lost my phone in a cab and found out half an hour later. At first I tried to handle it myself, but de staff of Tayromar helped out really really great and I got my phone back!

7,1 Good
Pros: Location If you smile at the staff, they smile back
Cons: It was a little expensive compared to other properties locally. Check in was laborious, it was as if the lady on reception on reception had never used a computer before
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was way better than we expected. Good room, good facilities, good food and drinks at the restaurants. Staff was extremely helpful, especially Stefani and the waiters at the restaurants. We felt very welcomed and well treated.
Cons: Wi-fi did not work well in the last couple of days. Had to use my 4G. :(
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We had the suite and it was absolutely amazing. Huge bed, huge tv, huge shower and air conditioning instead of a fan!! It was super white and clean and was right on the beach next to really cool restaurants and places for drinks!
Cons: The jacuzzi in our room didn’t work, we went down to reception a couple times but every time we did someone was being checked in so we weren’t bothered to keep going down. Super super noisy at night as it’s right on the beach and the windows are zero sound proof!
5,8 Okay
Pros: The location was right on the water. The local bus fare to Santa Marta was cheap about 1400 pesos per person.
Cons: Wi-fi services , internet was down for 2 days , AC didn't work right. Staff didn't seem to communicate issues from shift to shift. The breakfast was plain and not filling.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: All of it
Cons: Can be a bit cheaper
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Within 30 seconds you are on the beach. The staff is friendly and breakfast is served in a restaurant nearby. An ideal place to experience the real Carribean Colombia.
Cons: The hotel is really on the beach, so what could be possibly wrong with that. Maybe, the fact that there was no 'warm' water in the room. No problem!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice place near the beach. Disadvantages: Non-English speaking personal and price is not cheap.
4,2 Okay
Pros: Near the Taganga beach and boat trips to beaches.
Cons: No hot water during a stay of four nights, which was not good for the price paid and meant we had cold showers all the time of our stay. Terrible noise from outside the premises - boom boom boom of bars nearby until 3am some nights. The Terrace Bar of the hotel is also noisy and keeps hotel guests awake until 11pm/midnight. On our last night, we hoped to get more sleep but we and all other guests at the hotel were awoken by the Terrace Bar of the hotel playing loud music from 6.45am in the morning - ridiculous and very selfish of the man in charge of the bar that day ! The staff are friendly but incompetent and need more service training.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very good hotel, excellent location, neat and comfortable.
Cons: Everything I liked, except the attitude of one of the hotel workers, a dark-skinned gentleman, is always in a bad mood.
7,5 Good
Pros: The facilities were good...a little overpriced.
Cons: Staff at reception lacked good customer service...staff was very friendly, however, not very attentive to requests....ie....reset of room safe...inabilty to provide change (monetary) to guests, lack of towels,....small things when individualized, but when summed up show a trend. Rooms with balcony, by street, are very noisy ....suggest rooms to interior if you are a light sleeper.

Pros: The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The value was great. The staff was helpful. The cleaning was impeccable. Great location.
Cons: The hotel could be upgraded in general. The window was noisy whenever wind would hit it. The curtains were mediocre. Light would enter the room.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Downtown Rodagero you can walk around down by the beach at night. I few nice restaurants
Cons: Don’t go to the beach. Nightmare we had 150 people in 3 hours ask us for money , something to eat, or selling. Only place to go is Playa Blanca less people bothering you. Santa Marta is a very very Poot place so take that into account many people starving and begging for food
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very nice and helpful.
Cons: Breakfast choice was pretty poor.
6,7 Good
Pros: The free breakfast and the room size were good
Cons: A little shabby looking and the pool gets no sun
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff is the best asset you will find here. They are friendly and diligent. Excellent storage space. Comfortable bed, good water pressure, nice breakfast although it can be presented in a nicer way to make it more appealing. Good location. Clean and organized.
Cons: It's a bit dated, and doesn't have much of a view so for couples that want a romantic environment is not the best fit.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The staff were quite friendly.
Cons: Run down. It's time to tear this one down and build a new one. The door to our room was very stiff to close. There was not always hot water for a shower. We asked to move to a room with a balcony several times. Each time they indicated they would do something and did nothing. They need to serve coffee at breakfast right away. It is usually the first thing you want on your table. We were often half way through breakfast before we could get it.

Pros: Coffe and the pool

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff, good location close to the bus terminal to palomino/tayrona etc., good price :) we could leave the bags there when we were at other places.
Cons: In the room without the air con it was really really hot and sticky...
7,9 Good
Pros: The air conditioning was great and really appreciated, the room got pleasantly cool quickly when it was on. The breakfast was basic (consisting of arepas and eggs, or fruit salad) but tasty, and it also came with coffee and fruit juice. We had a little trouble communicating what we wanted one morning, but still ended up with a tasty breakfast. The terrace area was nice and had colourful pallet furniture to sit on. We used it a few times during our stay. The views weren't anything to write home about, just the surrounding rooftops, but still a nice place to sit and read for a while. The staff were nice and helpful and advised us of where to get the bus for Tayrona National Park when we asked. Having a beer/drinks fridge was a bonus and the prices were very reasonable, at only 2000 COP for a bottle of Aguila. Location is good and you can see the sea from the front door just by looking down the road. A nice easy walk to the beachfront and plenty of restaurants and bars.
Cons: Our first night and morning were very disappointing and frustrating, because the room walls were so thin our neighbours kept us awake with the sound of the television, which sounded like it was in our room. They were awake at 5:45am and turned on a music channel, which they were singing and laughing along to and we could hear everything. Luckily they left that day. We also had someone playing a guitar right outside our room (where there was a seating area) during the day, but that was OK. The bathroom wasn't great. The toilet had long black hairs around the base (neither of us has long hair!), and the shower didn't have a curtain so the water from it went all over the bathroom, which made the floor slippy and dirty pretty quickly. We didn't have sufficient insect repellent during the first two nights and were viciously attacked on those nights. Not the hotel's fault, but we woke up on one morning with no AC and then realised the electricity was off. When we went outside we realised that it was because of the building work over the road. The water was then turned off later that morning, so the shower, taps and toilet didn't work. We went out for a couple of hours and luckily it was back on by early afternoon. A bit annoying when we'd paid for AC and a private bathroom and no explanation from anyone as to why it wasn't working or when it would be fixed.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I really recommend this place for anyone visiting Santa Marta for a short or longer period of time. The room are very comfortable and fully equipped with air conditioning, practical WC and shower, TV and your breakfast, which is delicious, is included in the booking. There is a home atmosphere and your are treated as a guest, with access to the kitchen and all the common areas with sofas to relax, play, or watch TV. All the staff is very generous and ready to help. I am really happy and truly recommend this place. Beside the hotel is in the centre village, just one block from the sea and the main road. Also most of the buses pass by in front of the hotel. Great location nearby everything that matters. The price of the stay is very convenient and you feel like a true guest.
Cons: The room cleaning could be done always in the morning, but it was well done when requested.
7,1 Good
Pros: Good location friendly staff
7,1 Good
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: At the beginning they showed us a room that doesn’t look like the pictures they have, but then I paid more for an A/C room and it was a little bit better but rooms are not really nice. Staff super nice with us.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed, air conditioning in the room was really good and the breakfast was delicious!
7,9 Good
Pros: Very good breakfast with a variety of options to combine which is not common for a hostel. They organised us a very good transfer to the airport with a private driver which was super nice and comfortable.
Cons: Some rooms don't have windows to the outside but to the interior lobby/patio. But still good.
6,3 Good
Pros: Free, good breakfast. Pretty good location. Travel agency next door. Could store our bags during Lost City trek.
Cons: We got a humid room with a smell of mold at first, but we asked for a new one, which was just under the roof and very warm 24/7. The terrace is very empty and boring.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, clean and cozy rooms, DELICIOUS breakfest and great location. Definitely recommending!

Cons: some of the side streets nearby are a little sketchy
5,4 Okay
Pros: The hotel is on calle which you have to walk on to basically go anywhere. Tayrona, Minca, Rodadero. Some of the women were very helper. I wanted to go before the end of my reservation and I have reimbursed 80% of what I’ve already paid.
Cons: My room was quite noisy. There are construction near the room so it smelled gas, were super noisy by day, by night, lot of dust. There is no warm water. The breakfast is not that good. The place is very old.
6,3 Good
Pros: Close to the beach and decent air conditioning in the room.
Cons: Property is not like it is shown in the photos. The rooms are old, outdated and smelly. I felt Dirty staying in the room. When I turned on the ceiling fan, a burst of dust blew all over the room. I was itching all night sleeping on the bed. Breakfast is very basic with just eggs and a piece of arrepe and coffee.
