Pros (+) Convenient and more regular size rooms and bathrooms than other similar hotels in japan. Good selection for breakfast.

Pros (+) The hotel is right across from the train station. The room provides all the basic necessities in a very tight space. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night to provide a good night sleep.
Cons (-) The room seemed overpriced and the seller required the room be paid in advanced with a poor cancellation policy. The next time I book a room in Kyoto I will look further in advance and check the fine print better.
