Poor
Timothy, Apr 2021
Cons (-) I stayed for three nights, on the 14th floor. I did not have hot water for any of the days, my ac unit would cut in and out, and the television would stop working around midnight every night due to poor connection. The fire alarm was set off by an employee smoking at 8:30 am. I also found a soiled towel under my bed while I was collecting my things upon check out.

Pros (+) Staff was extremely friendly and food was great.
Cons (-) Bar staff could use some help pouring more than draft beer and shots. Great thing is you are just a few blocks from Market Square or Old City.

Pros (+) Location, price and value make the Hilton Knoxville a good choice.
Cons (-) Why does the hotel only operate 1 elevator even there are consistently lines in the lobby waiting on elevator service?

Cons (-) Our feet hung off the edge of the “king-sized” bed. I’m not sure how this was possible, considering I’m 5’5” and our bed at home (a queen) is perfectly accommodating. Disappointing.

Cons (-) Overbooking policy, which resulted in cancellation of our confirmed reservation.

Poor
Anonymous, Jul 2017
Pros (+) They had a Starbucks in the building.
Cons (-) The office chair in the room looked like a dog chewed the stuffing out of it, the shower curtain was moldy, the shower wall had stains on it from where it had been moldy and had water damage, the bathroom fan didn't work, and the shower head was broken. I might as well have stayed in a Red Roof Inn.

Pros (+) The location is great for walking around downtown. The hotel was clean, and the associates were really friendly. Also, the fitness room has a decent amount of equipment in it which was nice.
Cons (-) I wished that there was a sink and mirror outside of the bathroom. It would be helpful when you need to get ready and the other person staying with you can still use the restroom. Parking is expensive, especially considering that locust street garage is free on nights and weekends and that lot is right beside the Hilton lot.
