Comfy bed and pull out sofa. Very spacious cool bar. Great service from front desk
EXCELLENT old hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Superior location.
The WiFi was very slow. It would have been difficult to do any serious work using their signal.
The room was clean, quality towels and linens. Quiet room in the rear, not much noise from Market Square even with large Knoxpride crowd. My wife slept the "best in a long time". The whole staff, front desk, valet as well as Royale and Tupelo were very attentive to any needs. Will be back!
Every thing was fantastic! Nothing to dislike, unlike some other comments. Staff was great and over the top welcoming and helpful.
The staff was wonderful. Room was very clean and quiet.
