Pros: Staff was very helpful at check-in offering a free drink while we waited and prepared a to-go breakfast for an early morning flight and check-out. Location was ideal and rooms were a value.

Pros: Freshly furnished and decorated. Clean. Some helpful staff. Free parking.
Cons: During heat wave we discovered our AC wasn't working. The hotel was apparently "sold out" so we couldn't move rooms but seemed like no one else was around. When a front desk staff came as the "technician" they flipped the switch a few times and send they would send for a real technician. After waiting over and hour we went passed the front desk and inquired only to be told there was nothing they could do. Would have been nice to be notified. Being on the top floor, while providing a nice view, was unbearably hot. Didn't sleep a wink. Was not compensated.

Pros: Very well located in old town. Easy walking distance to all the best restaurants in Kaunas - but just far enough away to be quiet at night. Its right by the river. The building is partly a restored historic building, with a modern addition. The entire inside is wonderfully restored. I stayed in one of the rooms on the new side. They are large and comfortable. Bathroom was large and clean. Room came with a balcony. Staff is friendly and helpful. An incredible value for what I paid.
Cons: The shower is integrated with a full bath tub - which is great if you want a bath. But the shower end is kind of narrow. So it was a little cramped for my feet. Breakfast is only ok. The selection is not great compared to some of the larger hotels in Kaunas.

Pros: This hotel is a great value which can probably be said of most hotels in Kaunas. While not super fancy it has a nice warm and cozy feeling to it and is in a great location in the old town and near the river. Consider upgrading to a superior room.

Pros: Location was great. Could walk to dozens of restaurants and all were very good.
Cons: Was very hot in Kaunas and the AC appeared to be broken the first night. You need to request the AC to be turned on in your. Once requested to be turned on it worked very well even in the record temperature.

Pros: Hotel is very well located in Kaunas old town. Right around the corner from all the better bars and restaurants in Kaunas, and in the most attractive part of the city. But far enough away that its still pretty quiet there at night. Room was large and comfortable. I got a suite for a really good price - two large rooms and a large comfortable bathroom. Staff is very nice and helpful. I checked out in the middle of the night and they had a packed lunch for me - which is a nice touch.
Cons: I prepaid for the breakfast - but it was pretty mediocre. I didn't bother with it after the first day. Breakfast at some other local hotels is better. Boring decor. Its all nice functional hotel style furniture - but no pictures or anything interesting in the room.
