Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's central location, which provides easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public spaces. However, many reviews mention the lack of an elevator as a significant inconvenience, especially for those with rooms on higher floors or with heavy luggage. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms very clean and others noting issues such as dust, cobwebs, or old carpets. Breakfast is often described as limited or disappointing, and several guests express dissatisfaction with the level of service, particularly due to the absence of on-site staff and reliance on digital or remote assistance. Despite these drawbacks, the location remains the hotel's standout feature.
