Cons: During heat wave we discovered our AC wasn't working. The hotel was apparently "sold out" so we couldn't move rooms but seemed like no one else was around. When a front desk staff came as the "technician" they flipped the switch a few times and send they would send for a real technician. After waiting over and hour we went passed the front desk and inquired only to be told there was nothing they could do. Would have been nice to be notified. Being on the top floor, while providing a nice view, was unbearably hot. Didn't sleep a wink. Was not compensated.

Cons: -Bad smell in the toilet -City tax needs to be paid separately at the hotel which caused a little bit of confusion since I thought that I had paid everything in advance, including the tax. -Breakfast could be included in the room price, although 3,5 euros per person was not expensive

Pros: This hotel is located bang across the road from Kaunas bus station, so very handy if you are arriving from the airport by the 29G bus. It is roughly a 20 minute walk to the Old Town, but there are bus stops a few metres away from the hotel should you not want to walk. In the vicinity there are cafes , restaurants and shops. The hotel reminds me very much of an Ibis, which ironically enough, was located bang opposite. For the money, I could not fault this hotel. It is modern, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a large selection of food, everything from cereals, to hot quiche, porridge, rolls, cold meats and fish, eggs and cheeses. Very comfortable bed, good shower. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Kaunas.

Pros: I arrived around 4am from the bus station and was warmly welcomed by the receptionist (Elge I think her name was?-Sorry if misspelt) they are 1 min walk from the bus station and have 24hr reception. Check in was very smooth. Room is comfortable and spacious and plenty of closet space and shelves. Room and bathroom were clean enough. Breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold dishes. I discovered there was a rooftop panoramic bar and the night I was there there was live music - very pleasant surprise. Hotel is easy walking distance to the centre - 15/20 mins. Overall great value for money, would return if I am ever back in Kaunas!

Cons: Truthfully speaking, it was not that clean. There was a spider in the bathroom with a big net - all visible at eye level. For such a price, there could be a kettle in the room. You could hear people walking and talking from the hallway.

Cons: The room has air conditioning, but with the radiators on, turning it down had no effect. I feel the cold, but the heating was very warm indeed, too warm to be honest. That is the only complaint, everything else was fine.

Cons: I requested in advance, that I need the parking, and was assured this is no problem and the hotel offers free parking. The first evening, it was fine, small parking, but I had my slot ( in my car I had expensive equipment that I could not transfer to my room). However, next evening, when I came to the hotel, I was informed that there is no parking slot available and I have to find where to park (and pay) for my car; including the risks of having my equipment n my car. I was not alone with my unhappiness. For such a big hotel they really have too few spaces, and if you are unlucky as me coming late with a lot of luggage you will be forced to drag your luggage across the other parking (empty) spaces belonging to another business. What is not good, not at all.

Installed air conditioner was making mainly noise and the maximum temperature I could reached with it was 18,7 C. To open parking gate, everytime you get in/out, you must call the reception and ask them to open the barrier.

The breakfast is free, but quite miserable, so I wouldn't say it's an aspect worth considering when choosing the hotel. The hotel facade is currently under renovation, it wasn't too bothering us, but we were lucky not to have a room on the street side. All in all the hotel is quite tired.

Pros: Hotel is very well located in Kaunas old town. Right around the corner from all the better bars and restaurants in Kaunas, and in the most attractive part of the city. But far enough away that its still pretty quiet there at night.
Room was large and comfortable. I got a suite for a really good price - two large rooms and a large comfortable bathroom.
Staff is very nice and helpful. I checked out in the middle of the night and they had a packed lunch for me - which is a nice touch.

Pros: Perfect location in Kaunas old town. For breakfast you can choose a one dish from their breakfast menu, there is also a buffet with cereals, bread, ham, vegetables etc. Rooms clean, quiet and warm as well.
Cons: The water bottles in the room are overpriced, one bottle costs 4 euros :)) For coffee and tea which you'll find in room you have to pay as well, so if you came late at night you probably wouldn't be able to take a complimentary cup of tea. :))

Pros: It is very close to the centre, it’s right next to town square. You won’t find a hotel with a better location at this price. Breakfast was good, ask for the ham and cheese pancakes! The room was big with a huge closet.
Cons: Our room was on the top floor and there is no elevator, it was a bit uncomfortable to get our big luggage up the stairs, which are very narrow, so if you have bigger feet, be very careful. The reception lady was a bit grumpy, probably she wasn’t in her best mood.

Cons: I prepaid for the breakfast - but it was pretty mediocre. I didn't bother with it after the first day. Breakfast at some other local hotels is better.

Cons: You pay for the location, and that’s all! Cozy hotel = Old hotel. the bed is old, and you can’t really sleep. Breakfast is simple! There were bugs around the food, and sometimes in the food. It is a waste of money to pay for breakfast. In my opinion, It doesn’t have anything about Cozy in this Hotel. Reception woke up us 1:45 in the morning looking for iron ( that we didn’t even order!) 1:45 in The MORNING! WTF!

Pros: The ceilings in the room were very low (could raise my hand and touch the ceiling), that was quite unexpected. But overall all good - big and spacious rooms, quite comfy, we also had a nice view from the window.

Cons: The flooring needs some additional cleaning. The room is big but quite empty. The hotel does not have any cafe or bar, only for the breakfast. The hotel is located in bacyard of a large building complex and is not easy to see from street, when driving.
