the room had a smell. the pool was not functional. the soap dispenser and shampoo did not work. bed was very old and so were the pillows. bed was lumpy and so uncomfortable

Pros (+) pool was nice. free breakfast is a plus. older lady was one of the most helpful people and nicest people I've met in a long time.
Cons (-) some of the staff was kinda rude. house keepers need training in a bad way and the hot tub was broke.
