No soap or shampoo in shower, tissue box had 1 tissue. Requested refills. Did not receive refills after 4 days. The room keys had to be reset daily. TV remote worked intermittently.

Cons (-) The elevators were a little slow, but I was there for a conference that essentially filled the hotel, with everyone trying to get to the elevators at about the same time.
