Pros (+) i really loved that i got a complimentary upgrade because i wanted to check in early. that was very sweet of the staff. the view i had was beautiful, i enjoyed hearing the waterfall from the pool and the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach.
Cons (-) breakfast was kind of a bore. this was my first time having breakfast at a hotel since covid. i guess it could’ve been i caught the breakfast last minute…but it was okay. also, the cleaning of the rooms could’ve been better. the tub was still dirty, it had hair and dirt still sitting in there. it made me uncomfortable to shower in there.
