Pros: Everything was PERFECT!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: What can I say.. pretty much everything about the Elizabeth was incredible! The warmest of welcomes, the friendliest of staff, the best location, unbelievable food and beautiful room. This is going to sound like an advert for the hotel but we were genuinely blown away! From the minute we arrived we loved the Elizabeth, a glass of champagne as we checked in set the tone! Without exception the staff were great (special mentions to Nico, Dominik and Sven) and couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome. The hotel itself is not only beautiful to look at and super luxurious inside but it's in the most perfect location at the bottom of one of the home runs and right in front of one of the main gondolas up the mountain. You literally stroll out in the morning straight into a lift and in the afternoon ski back to the front door, where the liveliest apes bar in the resort is waiting for you. The food was excellent, we were half board which gave you a fantastic breakfast and a 6 course tasting menu in the evening, which the chefs would happily modify to your taste. Couldn't fault it at all.. apart from having put on about 10kg during my stay!
Cons: We only really had one issue with the hotel and from speaking to the staff we're not alone. The whole hotel was way, way too hot. The bedrooms were stifling and the temperature couldn't be turned down, which meant we all had our sliding doors open while we slept to let some air in. Unfortunately the front of the hotel is on the route the drunks use to get back from the nightclubs so having the doors open meant we were frequently woken up at 4am by shouting in the street below. With the doors closed you can't hear a thing but we found it difficult to sleep in that heat. The thermostat in the room only goes down to 19C but the rooms were so much hotter than that. If the Elizabeth got this sorted then it would be a solid 10/10!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel experience with great attention to detail. Very impressed with all the staff.
Cons: Managing the temperature in our room was difficult. Ended up sleeping with door open which isn't ideal.

Pros: Absolutely fabulous. Great staff, great food, a gem of a hotel.

Pros: The location across from the Pardgratch is hard to beat. The staff was wonderful and met my every need. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the made-to order omelet was very tasty. The wifi was excellent. The personal not in the room was a nice touch.
Cons: Nothing!

Pros: The location was excellent. It was 2 minutes away from the main street which gets noisy at night. The hotel is located close to the lift (about a 5min walk). Breakfast was the great and the dinners were delicious. The hotel is family owned and the staff make you feel apart of the family, really a great atmosphere.
Cons: Can't think of anything at this time.
7,5 Good
Pros: Excellent location! The hotel situated in a quite central zone, just few Minutes away by walk from all the attractions. The room is pretty big and the staff at the reception friendly.
Cons: While preparing to check out, the cleaning man entered in to the room without knocking or calling in advance, with an angry face telling me that I have to go out now. Normally they do call for that. I was a bit shocked.

Pros: Probably the best price/quality in Ischgl, this hotel has everything. Perfect location <2 min. walk to skilift, very friendly staff, comfortable beds, spacious room & bathroom and a very nice spa area, the whole hotel is super clean. 10,0 Excellent
Pros: This place has returning customers for years and it is easy to understand why. From check-in to check-out, Mr. Walser and his team are personally taking care of you like they would be hosting old friends. You can get your ski pass and ski storage keys directly from the hotel in a trouble-free manner with advantageous prices. Mr. Walser will offer tips and recommendations about the area (he speaks good English and of course German) and can arrange for fresh bread to be delivered at your door every morning. He is very present and available for his clients, which he welcomes with house schnapps at the end of the ski day from behind the lobby bar. All of that, added to the fact that the accommodations are clean, well maintained, practical with everything you need (from the coffee machine to the soap for the dishwasher, including basic items like salt and pepper and enough dishware for the number of guests of the apartment, a storage for ski, ski shoes room and a sauna), and only 30 seconds away from the free ski bus stop, make it the perfect place to stay. We were a group of 6 people from 3 different countries, from 30 to 36 years old, including a pregnant guest, and we were all delighted with our stay.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great variety at breakfast, really helpful staff
10,0 Excellent
Pros: location
Cons: a good coffee machine for espresso
7,5 Good
Pros: - Splendid breakfast with all you could ask for - Calm environment - Located closely to Silvrettabahn and everything else - Relaxed atmosphere - Very friendly hospitable staff - Ski/boots storage room (with boot heating) - Nice, spacious bathroom - Free WiFi - Spacious wardrobe - Safety box in the room - Discount on ski pass
Cons: - Shared balcony means no guaranteed privacy unless you draw the curtains - Somewhat noisy ventilation in bathroom is coupled directly to light switch and continues ~ 10 min after switching light off. - Doors in some or all bathrooms(?) are not leveled causing the outer knob of the latch (correct term?) to bump against the door post after every time you have touched or opened the door. While this may not really cause a very noticeable sound in your own room, you can however hear a very audible 'ta-ta-ta' sound from the room(s) above because of this, which was really annoying in the evening when heard repeatedly several times every or every other minute. (I put a small towel as a door stop to prevent my door from irritating the other guests below me). I have notified the hotel about this and they will hopefully fix this. - Shower cabin quite small; banged my arms into the walls of it while showering, but no big issue. - Some outdated fixtures in the room, nothing that really mattered though. - €1000 for one week in a 22m2 room is at least €200 too much. - Minor issue: I was charged 6.70 euro for one cup of coffee and one cup of tea at the end of my stay. However, I did not drink one cup of neither of these beverages while I was there :-). I am totally sure this was an honorable mistake and that they would have corrected this had I noticed it when checking-out.

Pros: Very professional and friendly staff! Great location just a minute walk from the cable car and restaurants in town
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location, all amenities you need before, during, and after a good day of skiing or snowboarding. The staff as well as the owners are courteous and friendly. They know Ischgl like the back of their hand. Need a recommendation? Just ask them. They are awesome. We wish we could have stayed longer.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to the lift. 5 mins across car park. Very comfortable with nice sauna. Comfortable rooms. Modem bar area with great afternoon snacks and beer. Good breakfast with loads of fruit and cereals. I had to move hotels from nearby Galtur due to a possible road closure so my first night was a rush booking. The greeting I got on arriving at reception was second to no other hotel I have ever stayed in. Fantastic. Tina was amazing. So I decided to book two more nights as the road from ischgl closed as well. Perfect stay. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone. And I will be coming back.

You will want for nothing at breakfast and dinner, the food was fabulous and service faultless. Do yourself a favour when considering a hotel in Ischgl, stay at the Sonne!

Cons: For a 5 star hotel I would have expected a better service from the staff, too strict to rules to follow... we asked a breakfast before 7 am and was just not possible . Same for a tea in the night
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We liked everyone at the hotel - we were made so welcome and they were so accommodating. Thank you all. And location is the best!!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Spa was super nice, location, free e-mountainbikes, overall atmosphere
Cons: breakfast could have been with more variety and presentation for this price, service staff in the restaurant could have been more authentic friendly, used plates in suite were not washed during housekeeping service but only placed in dishwasher
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic hotel, great location, wonderful facilities, amazing staff, so helpful and so friendly. Absolutely top class from the gorgeous room, to the Michelin star quality food to the spa and right through to the Boot Room! We will definitely go back here. It was awesome!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is just outstanding and the staff just wonderful. Always helpful, full of energy and always with a smile. We were so happy and comfortable. The food blew as away - we especially enjoyed the breakfasts. The atmosphere in the restaurant was always upbeat and with lots of chatter and laughs. Central to lifts, supermarket and even doctor if needed.
Cons: The gym was a bit on the hot side. Mostly because it was adjacent to the heated indoor pool and Spa. Luckily we could open an outside door.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: perfect location, wonderful SPA, middle of party, but also very romantic
6,7 Good
Pros: Spa and restaurant
Cons: Room was above the bar/club (booking.com did not inform me of this so it could also be your fault not just the hotel s). Sleep quality was therefore particularly poor eslecially on the last night. The check out staff initially seemed to think a small beer would be appropriate recompense for having virtually no sleep but then at least gave me a 10pct discount.

Pros: The staff were incredible- family owned and it shows. There’s is a lot of attention to detail and guest comfort. I was blown away by the hospitality, food, location and well decorated room. Free parking and quick walk to EVERYTHING.
Cons: A room with a fridge would have helped but we didn’t ask for one. The family kept our wine and food in a separate fridge for us so it wasn’t an issue.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We were really surprised by the friendly staff and the service minded way of acting. Hotel Olympia is located in an unique corner of Ischgl an oase of calmness within the hectic of the ski village.

Pros: Lovely small hotel with great staff and a prime position in Ischgl. We loved the views, the food and the wellness area. Perfect for our mini “ski-moon”! Even in mid-April the ski conditions were perfect.
Cons: Nothing
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is close to the town and a main lift just far enough away from any noise. (Cows and horses out the back of the hotel). My double room was large and nicely appointed. Quite modern but plenty of wood. Spa area was nice and adequate for the size of the hotel with both a sauna and steam room.
Cons: Not a complaint, I just like to be able to have a coffee in the morning and an espresso machine would make it perfect.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It was very nice, modern, and walking distance to the lift.
Cons: No rooms available to accommodate my whole stay.

Pros: Professional and friendly staff (except night shift), excellent dinner and service, very friendly and forthcoming bartender, nice spa and saunas. Small, but nice swimming pool. Parking in the garage.
Cons: Came back to the hotel after midnight and had difficulties finding the key card slot to open the hotel entrance door (I had not been told where it was). I pointed out to the night shift staff at the reception that they might consider marking the slot better. Got back some patronizing comments about not wanting to show everyone the location of the slot and then one of the idle staff members condescendingly took me out to show where it was. I don't know why. Apparently, he thought I still did not know where it was, although I got in already (!?). Maybe he thought I was drunk and/or stupid. It was a minor thing, but their attitude was definitely not up to standard of this hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was just excellent and made to perfection. The room- clean, comfortable, the breakfast with great variety of food and drinks including sparking wine, afternoon refreshment with a delicious soup, canapes and sweets, the gourmet dinner - beautifully served and very tasty. Staff very attentive, professional, speaking very good English, nice and always smiling.
Cons: nothing to complain about.

Pros: Breakfast is nice big spread with a made to order omlette bar. Dinner service was good, but for a 4 star hotel, it wasn't as fancy as one would excpect (some patrons did not dress appropriately - I mean who wears track suits to a nice restaurant?). Location is right across the street from the Pardatgaratchbahn (I know I misspelled that!) and the Fimbabahn.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: breakfast selction was excellent and facilties excellent and location amazing!
Cons: Dinner was a bit to fancy for us, would have preffered a "normal" simple meal instead of many small courses. This might just be bacause our culture is different

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very professional service, ready to accommodate the guests needs
Cons: I have stayed into an Alpine style room, which does not meet my taste. They noted down my preferences for the next time.
7,1 Good
Pros: Rooms are clean and spacious, the reception desk staff is friendly and helpful.
Cons: Huge kids club is worth visiting but its ever closed, we could reach it once in a whole week. Little kids are obviously not welcome at the hotel especially at the dinners of the halfboard restaurant. The restaurant manager gets annoyed with the crying kids (no matter if they are sick or else) and forces you to have the kids meals at your room, and after you finally agree they do not forget to charge you 10 euro for each room service of the poor kids food. The kids menu is the most disgusting food I’ve ever seen. There is no doctor at the hotel, and if you need one you have to walk to the single clinic in town in its working hours. For me and my child it was a bad experience, and I will never get back there, but if you are childfree you’ll be comforted there. Music from the nearest two apres-ski discoclubs is very disturbing till late. The breakfast starts at 8, which is extremely late at the ski resort.

Pros: Big room, separate wc from shower

Pros: Corinna is a gracious hostess and we felt very comfortable with the hospitality she provided. This place is setup as a hotel with many rooms - but is cozy and comfortable like staying in a large private residence.
Cons: A few small appliances in the room like a kettle and iron were missed because we were travelling with small children... although the landlady was kind enough to provide one to us on request.
