Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and professional service, high-quality breakfast, and impressive amenities such as the wellness area and pool. Many appreciated the convenient access to ski lifts and the relaxing atmosphere. However, some guests noted issues with room size, outdated decor, variable food quality at dinner, and occasional lapses in cleanliness or service coordination. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, making it a popular choice for many visitors.
