Pros: The room was excellent. The menu was varied. We had a excellent meal. Your staff were attentive and professional.
Cons: Our table in the restaurant was next to the gents toilet, on a busy Friday night the traffic to the toilet was constant. The overpowering smell of deodorizer wafted out of the door with every entrance and exit . Plus the doors being left open as people passed in the doorway the noise of handdriers entered the restaurant. We felt at times we were in the loo at times . Cant understand why a third door was not fitted.

Cons: the signage for parking, the radiator valve working, the lock working on the door, the water pressure on the bath to be higher instead of waiting an hour to fill, the chips to be cooked (and not charge the customer or try one in front of me), the breakfast to be hot.

Cons: Room 16. Bath handle broken/dangerously loose. Toilet seat scratched and loose. Damp mold spores in window recess, top left side. General lack of cleanliness due to wear and tear.

Cons: Very very small room, window didn’t shut so noisy, creaky floor and ceiling so toddler staying above us woke us up at 6am jumping around, paper thin walls, disappointing as downstairs looked promising

Cons: Our room had an adjoining door and you could hear the person talking next door. Also it was very noisy until 2.30 in the morning with people outside the room. Perhaps the hotel could monitor noise levels
