Pros: Close to stuff .
Cons: Smelled musty had drain flys walls were very dirty. Had a lot of staff but no one seemed to be doing anything.
6,7 Good
Pros: ... But personally, next time I would stay somewhere else closer to town, even if it costs a little more. The pluses? 1. The bed and general area seemed clean, which is the probably the most important thing. 2. The breakfast was also pretty decent as well, and i was able to get protein from eggs and sausage, some yogurt, and then to balance it out I had some toast. There were other things like cereals, bagels, waffles, etc, etc. 3. I thought the coffee in my room and the lobby was surprisingly good. 4. Literally right next to 196/31, so it doesn't take too long to get south to Saugatuck or north to Holland or a nearby Meijer.
Cons: 1. There is NO elevator! I feel like that is basically expected these days and it should be very explicit for guests when booking. Even if there had been a baggage cart, it was useless since I was on the 2nd floor. And I had a loooot of stuff to carry to my room. Took me 3 trips. Don't businesses have to comply with the Americans With Disabilities Act? This blew my mind. 2. When I entered my room, it was pretty muggy and warm. Normally I find motels to be pre-cooled in the summer. The lobby and hallways were not climate-controlled either. This tells me that the owner is a cheapskate and it gives a bad first impression to guests when they first arrive. I feel bad for the employees trying to imagine a very hot summer day. 3. My room itself was decent enough, but the bathroom had an unidentifiable stink to it. The vent fan did not help. Perhaps it was moldy somewhere. The shower seemed to be poorly installed, so I wouldn't be surprised if there was mold growing behind the panels. I left the fan on the whole time I was there and the smell never went away, I just sort of got used to it. 4. Although the location is convenient for hopping on the highways, it is otherwise off the beaten path and not much of a neighborhood. You won't be walking to a nearby shop or cafe or anything.
6,3 Good
Pros: Breakfast was easy to find.
Cons: But not very good. Could use more fresh items as opposed to frozen and mixes
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great.
Cons: It could use some updates, way too expensive for what one gets.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was very good.
Cons: The bed was somewhat hard and the clock did not work.

Cons: Air conditioning struggled to keep humidity out of room
7,9 Good

5,4 Okay
Pros: Plenty of channels to pick from on tv and the water gets really hot in the shower. For getting a lower priced hotel, there were no bed bugs, that’s always a plus!
Cons: They can’t improve anything because of how old the hotel is and where it’s located. I don’t even think remodeling would help. My husband did say when he walked in the hotel was a weird smell, a different smell on the elevator and a third smell in the room. I smell something when I walked in the hotel, but nothing after because I have bad allergies.

Pros: The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed chatting with them and hearing what they liked about the area... and places to visit. They gave us towels and extra coffee and were friendly about it.
Cons: I have a torn miniscus and didn’t realize they would not have an elevator. I was on the 2nd floor and I’m not supposed to do stairs. The breakfast was challenging bc my daughter is allergic to eggs & gluten but that was on me as I didn’t tell them.

6,0 Good
Pros: This is the second time I've stayed in the last couple weeks and it was perfect for what I needed.
Cons: My only down side to things is that even after triple checking that I could have a late check out which was approved every time I asked there was still a knock at the door even before the normal check out time was.

Cons: Mold and holes in the walls. Really?
6,7 Good
Pros: Beds were uncomfortable
Cons: Room temp was hard to control
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The beds were a bit harder than I'd normally prefer, but far from the worst. I loved that they let me check into my room early and allowed for a late checkout as well. I'm currently in treatment and they were beyond understanding of everything. When I checked in the young lady at the counter was AMAZING wish I could remember her name, because she was what made me want to stay from the moment I walked up to the registration desk. I will be going back to the same hotel nearly each week throughout my treatment and couldn't be more pleased that I found this little gem off the beaten path.
Cons: My only "complaint" would be that housekeeping still tried to enter the room even after I had been approved for a late checkout. This most certainly isn't enough to sway me into providing any type of negative comment, as we all know things happen and sometimes communication gets lost.
