Pros: Very friendly staff. Pick up and drop off really fast and easy.
Cons: It would be nice to be open on weekends, or have a key dropp off slot. One more day would have been much more convenient.

Pros: The option to be picked up at my home. Also, I was upgraded from car I reserved.
Cons: The pickup process was a little long, due to the agent having to move some other cars so he could get my car.

Cons: They did not honor my reservation. They told me that having a reservation does not guarantee getting a car. It is only to give them a ballpark idea how many people might want cars. They told me it would be a good idea to have a "Plan B." I did. It was Enterprise. No problem there.
