Pros:Nothing, this location is permanently closed, however still renting cars somehow? My reservation was transferred to the next closest location 30 minutes away the afternoon before I picked up the car.Cons:Stop renting cars from a location that is permanently closed.Reviewed Feb 2 2021

Pros:I ordered this car the night before, and received confirmation emails, but when I went to Hertz the next morning the boy there VERY rudely informed me that there are no cars available and that nothing is actually confirmed when you order online. This makes NO SENSE and completely ruined our plans. The boy then told us there was one car available that would be $100 more than the car we were originally “confirmed” for, but he refused to honor the price that we thought we would be paying. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted by the way we were treated this day. I will never be a customer again.Reviewed Jan 3 2020

Cons:They did not honor my reservation. They told me that having a reservation does not guarantee getting a car. It is only to give them a ballpark idea how many people might want cars. They told me it would be a good idea to have a "Plan B." I did. It was Enterprise. No problem there.Reviewed Apr 6 2018
