There was no car available and would not be . Staff was not helpful in obtaining a new car at any other rental. We were lucky that our friends helped to obtain a different car but at a higher cost at snuffed car rental. This was prepaid and I had to go through loops to find out how and who to contact. I called Hertz first and was directed to Expedia and got a rude lady who said she couldn't refund on my Credit card and wanted another one or my checking account number. Sounded very suspicious so called another Expedia number who said the rental actually was through CarRentals and gave us the contact. number. They are still working on the refund.
