Very accommodatingPros:Super nice employee and quick pick up. I even messed up my pickup date when I registered online, so when I showed up they weren't expecting me. The fixed my mistake and made it work, I was in and out in about 10 mins.Reviewed Mar 16 2017

Hertz car rental hyundaiPros:Nice clean car. Customer service was good face to face. Had complications during the rental with customer service over the phone but the employee was good to fix the situation 4 days later.Cons:Bad customer service over the phone. Could not get ahold of the 1 rental guy that works there and I was 3 states away, which was explained 4 days later. Had $900 in (pending) charges to my credit card for a $97 car rental which I couldn't ask about until after the weekend due to the rental office closed on the weekends and the main customer service also closed on the weekends. Still gave a good review after a frustrating weekend.Reviewed Mar 3 2017
