Cons:
There was no one there, closed when I got there. Then found out the next day, they did not have any cars available to rent? Need the $22 dollars refunded. My wife just called Avis, they said to call Kayak for a refund?? She has turned this experience over to capital one to dispute the fee, since there were no cars available.Budget

I spent an hour and a half in line to pick up the car and when it was finally my turn I was told there were no cars available except for a 12 passenger commercial van. If I hadn’t insisted they would have never gave me another option. There were a bunch of hidden fees, had to call to get them clarified after I dropped car off. Will not rent again.10,0 Wonderful

Didn't warn us that the on ramp to the highway right next to the rental office accepted nothing other than quarters or the easy pass (no signage either), so we were charged an extra fee that we couldn't then avoid. Also, tried to give us less than a full tank of gas, and didn't fix it on the computer when we asked for a receipt to confirm it...the person at the drop off in Tampa had to make all the adjustments8,0 Very Good

We were glad that we came right on time since it was the last car they had. The guy behind us in line had a reservation and was told to go to a different location since they were out of rental cars. The place is hard to find and very small. The guy who was there was nice but he pretty much did everything, from taking care of customers coming in, and picking up the cars.
