Friendliest staff ever. I did have to return the vehicle off-hours, which meant no shuttle service and a long, cold walk from parking lot to terminal. Other than that, everything was great.Reviewed Nov 27 2023

Pros:We were able to keep the car longer for a reasonable price. Thank you.Cons:The ability to pick up the car. Our flight was delayed & there was not an effort made for us to be able to pick up the car before closing at the extraordinary time of 5pm. In the end, we had an extra $30 in Lyft fees to get the car at the airport the next day. Not a great way to start this rental.Reviewed Jun 1 2021

Pros:I liked the car overall, but it had a tire pressure problem. The light kept flashing “check tire pressure”. I had to go to a few places in town and wait for them to check it and it turned out it was 5 or 6 psi below what it should have been!Cons:I asked the check-in clerk for a 1 pm return on the scheduled date. But he put 12 pm instead. When I called Hertz to ask for an extra hour, they wanted $32 extra (for 1 hour!!!!!). Nobody else does this. Hotels and resorts, all over the world, allow an extra hour without penalty. I was told on the phone I would be granted an extra 1/2 hour because of the tire pressure problem. Nothing else. And at check-out I find I was charged $13.99 for one-half hour. This is ridiculous. With a policy like this, I will NOT be renting from Hertz again!Reviewed Dec 17 2020

Cons:HERTZ DID NOW TELL US THAT WE NEEDED TO DROP OFF THE VEHICLE IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION THEN WHERE WE PICKED IT UP AND SUBSEQUENTLY CHANGE US AN ADDITIONAL FEE, WHICH WE NOW NEED TO BE TAKE OFF THE BILL . OTHER THAN THAT , A GOOD EXPERIENCE.Reviewed Aug 3 2020

Pros:NothingCons:They didn't have a car available for us. Said they tried to contact us, then said they never had our contact info, which I can see they did on our confirmation form. We had to buy a last second flight instead, costing us $600 . The lady we talked to was extremely rude the whole time and had no sympathy. When I tried to explain our disappointment she hung up on me!! Absolutely disgusting. I'll never book with Hertz again and you shouldn't either of you don't want all your travel plans ruined.Reviewed Oct 11 2019

Pros:The car was exactly what was advertised, very safe and brand new. There were no hidden fees and dropping off and picking up was very simple.Cons:The interior of the car hadn’t been cleaned, so there were sticky places and the wiper fluid was completely empty which was irritating.Reviewed Jul 17 2019
