They wouldn't let me rent the car at all! The Kayak site said there would be a fee for those under 25 and mentioned nothing about a 21+ requirement. I was carless and late to one of my appointmentsReviewed Sept 9 2024

The car was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The one thing I dislike is not getting the type of car you reserve. They tried to stick me with an SUV and after some protesting I did get a compact car, though I had to wait while it was cleaned. When I reserve a small car I expect to get one. It's not the staff at the location's fault. This seems to be a problem with most car rental companies.Reviewed Jun 22 2022
