The worst ever wanted a five hundred dollar deposit after I returned the car and wanted to renew it. There was always surprise charges.. I will never go to Hertz Rent-A-Car again, and I will always let people know to go elsewhere.Reviewed Dec 29 2023

Pros:The Riverside, CA staff were rude and rented me an older, dirty SUV with body damage. I dropped the vehicle off in Hurst, TX where the staff were friendly, but I had to wait over an hour to just return the keys. There were no additional fees, which was the one thing that matched my expectations.Reviewed Sep 3 2019
