Cons: Didn’t like that l had to have a credit check and a $200 deposit put on my card since I prepaid for my rental. That information wasn’t shared with me when booking, I would have used a different method of payment.

Pros: I got an upgreade. the staff was very friendly and helpful. I wasn't talked into buying an additional car insurance to cover damages of a 3rd party in case of an accident...

Wouldnt use Hertz again
Pros: They had a car available.
Cons: The Mazda that was given to me as a car rental was dirty. Then while on my way out of town I tried to use the radio only to find out that someone had spilled something really sticky on the radio control buttons located on the center console. The buttons had been stuck and whomever did so pushed so hard to try to use them that the whole panel collapsed. The radio could not be used. Later I also discovered there was no spare tire in the vehicle. When I complained to Hertz they did nothing, not even apologized. I will not be using this location again.
