Pros: The car was clean and comfortable.
Cons: The attendants at pickup were extremely misleading and unhelpful. I ended up getting charged double what they promised me. Also, they filled out a "Customer Survey" on my behalf without me knowing (this showed up in the Customer Check-Out Summary Report). I'm getting my money back.

Very courteous! Very convenient and everything went very smoothly!

Cons: I was not given my car. I arrived at 12 and both employees attempted to lock the door on me and said they were clocked out. I went to Enterprise next door and they helped me out.

xmas roadtrip
Pros: we rented a minivan and took a roadtrip from san diego to salt lake city for christmas. It was the perfect solution. We had enough room for everyone, nobody got wear and tear on their car and it was a great value.
