Pros:It was quickCons:The agent did not explain any charges or policies. Said it was no problem to pick up a 20 min early but then charged me for an extra day without explanation. The guy got indignant when I questioned it and said it would automatically credit if I turned the car in within 24hrs. Naturally it did not.Reviewed Jul 23 2019

street signs could be biggerPros:We got through the paperwork smoothly. As expected, the car was great. Practically no upsell compared to other rentals.Cons:It is located inside a strip mall. The signage on the street was small. I almost missed it at pickup. After returning the car, my uber ride also missed the place and had to do a U-turn.Reviewed Aug 17 2017
