Pros:staff at pick up was okay; polite; did not appear knowledgeable about the car nor have time to provide more than perfunctory direction to the best route to the hwy. staff at drop off was rudeCons:the car was quite comfortable. the dash board lights were very bright resulting in dangerous discomfort and distraction at night. the radio was of very low quality and also shined brightly. Pros:Nothing, this was a terrible experience.Cons:When I arrived at hertz, they made me wait over an hour as they didn't have any cars available and someone had to drive it from jacksonville. Then, there was inflexibility when I wanted to change my drop off location. They wouldn't let me even during difficult times like COVID. Then, I received erroneous additional charges on my credit card. Horrible experience. And customer service was incredibly rude.Reviewed Sept 28 2020

Pros:The car was smooth. No noiseCons:The service at Miami airport was not the best. Waited more than 45 mins to pick up car. I noticed how the employees took their sweet time with clients. Kept calling different employees for help. After an older lady came, forgot her name. She was spanish, then she called and I could not believe how the person in front of me and myself finished so quick. The airport or I should say there were only 3 people on the line at airport. Even though they said it’s the busies airport I think it’s the employees that are not trained properly or just take their sweet time. I had to pick up my daughter from hospital and I was not very happy. Thank youReviewed Aug 25 2018

Odd hoursCons:Hours published as if open all day long. Came back to put spouse on, note on door they would be back in fifteen. We were able to find someone quickly, but no one mentioned that the office could be closed when I was told he’d have to come back in. Also, we’ve never had to pay for a spouse driver before, only extradrivers beyond that. Spouse driver was additional $13.50.Reviewed May 19 2018

Worst experience of my life!!Pros:Carla, from customer service who helped me and Carl in the St. Augustine officeCons:I wasn’t told about a Do Not Rent list when I went in a month ahead of time, I was kept on hold and hung up on for more than three hours, I lost a job opportunity because I wasn’t able to leave until six hours after I rented the car, I had mechanical issues and was treated like I was the issue by customer service, no manager available when I switched to another car nor when I turned in the car. Worst experience of my life and I have no way to make a formal complaint.Reviewed Feb 20 2018
