Pros:The car drove fineCons:When I picked up my car the check engine light came on, so they swapped my car out. When they did, they put in the wrong drop-off point (wrong state!), so when I called to change it back to the original drop-off, they said there was nothing they could do. I wasted half my afternoon on the phone with people that “couldn’t help”.Reviewed May 16 2021

Pros:Easy to pick up and drop off.Cons:The car key was not automatic and it was difficult to work. After opening the door you had to hurry up and start the car before the alarm went off.Reviewed Apr 25 2021

Pros:I mean, I would call a Kia Sorrento a full-size SUV. We moved our luggage from a RAV-4 and it barely fit in the Kia. Moving from a crossover to a full size SUV, you expect a little bit more room. Maybe you should clear up with your partners what is considered a full-size SUV. When your site says a Nissan Pathfinder OR COMPARABLE, no one expects to show up and have to drive a Kia Sorrento.Cons:Stop lying to us about the cars available. I could have gotten way cheaper rates for a Kia Dorrento booking direct or using another service. Massively disappointing.Reviewed Mar 28 2021
