Pros: Car was nice, very new. The desk agent at check in was prompt and helpful, even during a busy and rushed time.
Cons: Our car wasn't quite ready. We had to wait 15-20 minutes for our car. At drop-off, there were not any spaces available and we had to park in unapproved parking. We were not in a rush, but for someone who would be, this was inconvenient.

Pros: The staff was friendly and getting the car was fine, but we requested a mini van and were given a pathfinder. While it fit us and luggage, we could not for any groceries we needed to stop to get.
Cons: Giving the car requested on reservation. If we were offered an option of getting a larger SUV, that would have been appreciated.

Cons: Pick up for sure. The line was long to get checked in and they we waiting for about 30 to have the car moved around to us out in the parking lot. Thankfully it wasn’t raining. But the price was right and the car was nice. (You get what you pay for.)

Cons: When I tried to extend a day, the rate from Budget was outrageous. I ended up booking another vehicle with another provider and had to drop off and pick up a new car, but, it saved me $45 for one day. Will not use Kayak again unless policy changesd

Return
Cons: When we went to return the vehicle there was a line of cars that were empty and no attendant visable. We waited for 5 minutes. There was a sign that stated if there was no attendant then to park the car and return the keys inside. Once inside, the attendant was very rude an said there were 2 attendants outside and we needed to go back out there and return the car. When I said that there was no one we saw she said we still needed to go outside. I mentioned that I followed what the sign said and she said that is really meant for night drop-off. That was not specified on the sign. She got very confrontational. Eventually I just dropped the keys off it the box. Horrible.
