Good car, not the best communication
Pros: It was really nice to not have to worry about the mileage on the car as I used it and I appreciated the option of buying the gas at a good price so that I could bring it back with a partial tank.
Cons: I returned the car on a Sunday and was unaware before then that the branch I was returning to was closed on Sundays, so I was charged extra for my rental and am assuming it was because the car was not checked in until the next day, but was unable to do a final inspection with a staff member or have the clarity of checking out on time, though I returned the car on time. I would have loved to be informed upon pickup that the location would be closed when I was scheduled to return the car so I could make other plans.

Pros: This is the second time I booked and prepaid for a Hertz via carrentals.com. I was really nervous but it worked out great both times and will do the same thing again. I paid half what I would have paid if I had booked with Hertz.
Cons: Great value.
